Michelle Obama tried to register to run for President in 2020 with the Secretary of State’s office this morning, the first step on a long to-do list to get a person on the ballot. Once certified as a potential candidate, the process of gathering signatures and getting on the ballots in the individual states begins. The State Department’s only job is to make sure that the candidate meets the three constitutional requirements to be president.

The first she meets easily. She is over thirty-five-years-old. The second she also meets having been born in the United Sates. The third requirement, one few people think about, is where she came up short. You must be a resident “within the united states” for 14 years before you’re eligible. Why she doesn’t qualify is partly how she was raised but mostly of her own doing.

As a child, Michelle Obama’s legal residence was in the British Virgin Islands. Her parents kept it that way so she would be eligible for immigrant status and special consideration for schooling. Between birth and age 22, when she graduated college, Michelle Obama had only racked up two years of legal, US residency.

After college, in order to avoid paying taxes, she kept an address in the Cayman Islands from which she filed all of her tax returns. Therefore, none of the years between the time she graduated and the time she became First Lady count either. While in the White House, the Obamas filed joint returns, giving her another seven years of residency. At nine years of residency, she is ineligible to be president. She will qualify in 2021, meaning she will miss the next cycle and we won’t have to watch her campaign for the next four years.

What a relief. The thought of listening to her speak eloquently and be all “politically correct” and empathetic to the plight of “average Americans” (AKA welfare freeloaders) would have caused a wave of nausea across the country.

It seems every day a myriad of silly gun stories get unleashed. There was the Walmartvigilante that ran after and shot up the car of a suspected shoplifter.  Then there was thewoman who threatened the Walmart employee who rejected her coupon with a gun.

This story beats them all. Apparently a woman arrested on drug charges was able to hide a gun in her vagina. Here it is as reported by The Raw Story.

According to Oklahoma City’s KFOR, police in Ada arrested Christie Dawn Harris at the Dairy Lou Drive Inn on drug charges, and soon discovered why she kept repeating that she needed to go to the bathroom.

The female officer searching Harris noticed “something strange.”

“The officer observed the handle of a revolver sticking out from inside her body,” Pontotoc County District Attorney Chris Ross told KFOR.

A police property report described the item as a “gun located in suspect vagina.”

The report said that the weapon was “loaded with three live rounds and one spent shell.”

“It was a five shot,” Ross explained. “It was loaded and as she turned around, she noticed more plastic baggies, larger plastic baggies wedged in the crack of her buttocks.”

“It would seem to be a very dangerous place to carry a loaded firearm,” he added. “If it goes off it’s only going one place.”

Both the revolver and the baggies full of methamphetamine were removed from the woman’s body.

Talking about concealed weapons. One must wonder if the NRA  had this in mind when when advocating for concealed weapon laws. But the biggest question is, how fast could she draw the weapon from like the most difficult to reach concealed area while clothed?

Sullivan ordered the State Department to explain to him in writing what it is doing to work with the FBI and the Department of Justice to obtain the emails from Hillary Clinton’s server, and where any missing emails might be found. As we reported yesterday, the conduct of Mrs. Clinton implicates countless criminal statutes. In its status report just filed, the State Department has told the judge that it is doing absolutely nothing to obtain any emails other than those Mrs. Clinton already provided. Apparently, the State Department hasn’t read our prior reports on Judge Emmet G. Sullivan or taken note of how similar claims have not been well-received when made by the IRS. With astonishing disregard for the truth, the Judge’s questions, or its responsibilities to Congress or the citizens of the United States, the State Department advised that it “is not currently working with DOJ, the FBI or other agencies” for two reasons. “First, the FOIA does not require an agency to search for and produce records that are not in its possession and control.” And, it claims that it is neither in possession nor control of the Clinton’s server. Obviously, that is precisely the cause of the entire outrage in the first place. The initial legal violations exist because the State Department did not require, and Mrs. Clinton did not use, the secure State.gov for her official emails. Mrs. Clinton should never have had any official State Department information in her personal account or on her server—most especially any sensitive, classified information or any information “respecting the national defense” such as drone signal intelligence. See 18 USC Section 793. It is content to let the proverbial “fox guard the henhouse” and let Mrs. Clinton dictate what everyone sees. If that is allowed, rest assured there will be no evidence of the Benghazi murders or Huma Abedin’s conflict of interest, because those emails were not produced by Mrs. Clinton and are no doubt among those she may have successfully destroyed. No problem. No need to look further. We always let the person being investigated limit the evidence that can be reviewed—right? Futhermore, her declaration does not even say that she actually produced everything. We know that she did not. We already know from the production of emails by her confidant, Sidney Bluementhal, that Mrs. Clinton obviously destroyed or failed to produce all of her government emails. Indeed, Mrs. Clinton has admitted destroying tens of thousands of emails, and then she apparently had her server professionally scrubbed. The State Department claims they have not found any responsive emails—either in her production, or the initial production of Huma Abedin—so they think they’re done. Moreover, the affidavit of John Hackett informs that there may well be other sources for records even in the State Department, supposedly the subject of some level of search. Mr. Hackett’s affidavit also verifies that Huma Abedin, as Mrs. Clinton admitted also, had an account on Clintonemail.com. None of those emails have apparently been produced. Were they also wiped from Mrs. Clinton’s server—the very emails that would evidence her paid performances for three Clinton-related entities simultaneously? Apparently so. And, given the fact that Ms. Abedin was working at the same time for Teneo and for the Clinton Foundation, there are two more places where her emails may reside that evidence her conflict of interest during the time she was working for the State Department. At this point, numerous officials in the State Department could very well be implicated in obstruction of justice and assorted conspiracy charges, and the more the State Department thumbs its nose at this Article III judge, the worse it is likely to get. As we said yesterday, it’s time for a national outcry for the appointment of a special prosecutor, untethered from anyone in the current administration, to investigate these outrageous breaches of national security and the ever-growing cover-up and protection of Mrs. Clinton that has been mounted by multiple agents and agencies. Ex-President And Muslim Brotherhood Leader Denies Collaborating With U.S. In Espionage Trial

Three days after the Obama administration came to the defense of the Muslim Brotherhood in response to an online petition demanding the group be designated as a terrorist organization, the trial of former Egyptian President and Muslim Brotherhood leader Mohammed Mursi, began. Mursi is being tried for espionage and his legal team argued that Mursi’s Brotherhood did not collaborate with the Obama administration.

According to Egypt Daily News, the trial was also delayed a week, soon after it began on December 4th:

Ousted president Mohamed Morsi’s trial for espionage was postponed on Sunday to 14 December, with his defence lawyer denying collaboration between the Muslim Brotherhood and the United States. Mohamed Al-Damaty, a member of Morsi’s defence team said many NGOs and political parties cooperate with the US in different ways, and that the prosecution has singled out the Brotherhood to “oppress the group politically”.

It is not known if there is any connection between the the timing of the proceedings an the the White House response to the petition but it is noteworthy, especially since the petition was launched on July 7, 2013, shortly after Mursi’s removal from office. The Obama administration’s defense of the Muslim Brotherhood also coincides with the group receiving terrorist designations from the so-called ‘moderate’ Islamic countries of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

Egypt has also identified the Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. Just three days prior to Mursi’s trial, the White House thumbed its nose at that designation.

Why would these countries identify the Brotherhood as a terrorist organization and the Obama administration reject such a designation as Mursi’s legal team denied Brotherhood collaboration with the Obama administration?

A day before Mursi’s trial began, an article by Charles Ortel at the Washington Times actually zeroes in on a key figure – close Hillary Clinton adviser Huma Abedin:

…we learned in 2013 that Huma Abedin, long-time confidante of then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, had been receiving compensation from three employers in addition to the U.S. State Department while supposedly performing work on behalf of American citizens starting right around the time Morsi assumed office.

In July 2012, those who correctly asked questions about Huma Abedin’s origins, interests, beliefs, and loyalties were skewered by many on the left and in the mainstream press — but that was before so many Obama administration “truths” were exposed as bold-faced lies.

In theory, employees acting on behalf of foreign interests are supposed to register with the Department of Justice. Ms. Abedin did not register as suchand may well have believed she was not acting in such a capacity.

Last year, Shoebat.com reported extensively on the issue of Abedin’s work as a Special Government Employee (SGE) that appears to have been a clearly illegal arrangement.

Grassley: Raised serious questions about Huma Abedin last year.

Attention was called to this arrangement by Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA) when he senta letter to Secretary of State John Kerry in which he inquired about it. In part, Grassley highlighted the maximum length of time an executive branch employee – which Abedin was in her capacity as Deputy Chief of Staff to then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton – can work as an SGE:

…an officer or employee of the executive or legislative branch of the United States Government, of any independent agency of the United States or of the District of Columbia, who is retained, designated, appointed, or employed to perform, with or without compensation, for not to exceed one hundred and thirty days during any period of three hundred and sixty-five consecutive days, temporary duties either on a full-time or intermittent basis..

In response to that letter, Abedin’s attorney wrote the following:

The effective date of Ms. Abedin’s SGE appointment was June 3, 2012 (a Sunday that marked the beginning of a pay period). She served in this position until February 1, 2013, when she ended her services with the Department.

As Shoebat.com reported, that translates to approximately 240 days, which would seem to be more than 100 days allowed by law. As an SGE, one of Abedin’s clients was a global consulting firm named Teneo.

This led Ortel to ask some legitimate questions on the eve of Mursi’s espionage trial:

And what, exactly, did Teneo Corporation do for whom to leap into prominence and acquire so many clients with so little private sector experience in such a short time?

Who was paramount Master for Huma Abedin?

What would a rigorous analysis of all email, text message, and voice traffic show among Huma Abedin, associates at Teneo Corporation, associates at the (then-named) William Jefferson Clinton Foundation, the Clintons, the Egyptian government, and the Muslim Brotherhood from June 29-Sept. 11, 2012 and on past the American election?

…What we do not know yet, is what role Ms. Abedin, the Clintons, Teneo Corporation and the Clinton Foundation played in managing Mr. Morsi so that he did not erupt as a toxic, election-losing liability to the Obama administration between June 29 to Nov. 6, 2012.

Legitimate questions all but two individuals Ortel did not mention are Mursi’s wife Najla Ali Mahmoud and former Clinton Foundation employee Gehad el-Haddad. It wasShoebat.com that first reported on the connection between Mahmoud and Abedin’s mother. As two of the Muslim Sisterhood’s 63 leaders, Saleha Abedin and Mahmoud were close colleagues.

Stars & Stripes reports that U.S. personnel accustomed to drinking their coffee on the drive to work will have to put that habit on hold for about a month. It’s one of a few lifestyle changes Americans will have to make during the holy month of Ramadan.

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar. The ritual lasts for 30 days.
For the 8,200 U.S. personnel living here, and those serving throughout the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility — including service members, civilian personnel, contractors and family members — the month may require changing some daily routines including reading the Bible publicly.

Hillary Clinton Facing Criminal Charges Over Muslim Brotherhood Connection, Incitement of Violence

As Hillary Rodham Clinton faces a pivotal year; weighing a 2016 presidential run whilst continuing her attempts to prevent national exposure of her role in the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, she could now be facing criminal charges in Egypt, over her known Muslim Brotherhood connections and her collusion with the wife of ousted Egyptian President Muhammad Morsi to incite violent revolution in the north African nation.

A complaint filed with Egypt’s Attorney General alleges that Naglaa Mahmoud, Morsi’s wife, was working – with Clinton’s help – to incite armed rebellion aimed at toppling Egyptian top General and Defense Minister Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.

After the Muslim Brotherhood-back government of Egypt was overthrown after the military responded to popular, nationwide demonstrations, the new Egyptian government started work on bringing criminal charges against the Brotherhood in an apparent drive to completely outlaw the fundamentalist organization. The numerous known ties between the Obama administration and the Muslim Brotherhood – none of which have been revealed in the American mainstream media – were destined to be exposed during this process. Those ties include:

1) Barack Obama’s half-brother, Malik Obama, has been implicated in fund-raising operations for a known terrorist organization and is said to be involved in the management of funds for the Muslim Brotherhood. These connections were previously explored in anAugust article in the Guardian Liberty Voice.

According to a World Net Daily report, the Vice President of Egypt’s Supreme Constitutional Court of Egypt, Tehani al-Gebali, said that she wanted “to inform the American people that their President’s brother Obama is one of the architects of the major investments of the Muslim Brotherhood.” She went on to say “The Obama administration cannot stop us; they know that they supported terrorism.” Al-Gebali was referring to sustained efforts made by the US administration, along with Republican Senators John McCain and Lindsay Graham, to punish Egypt for ousting the Muslim Brotherhood government and attempting to bring about the release of Morsi and other key Brotherhood figures from detention.

2) Mohamed Elibiary, who has made no secret of the fact that he is an Islamist and Muslim Brotherhood supporter, is a member of the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Security Advisory Council. He was appointed to that position in September, 2010. He is not the only person linked to the Muslim Brotherhood who holds an influential position within the US government.

Elibiary once tweeted “yes I do consider the United States of America an Islamic country with an Islamically compliant constitution.” He has been an outspoken advocate of the spread of Islamism and sharia law, the Islamist judicial system which, among other elements, strips women of almost all basic human rights.

3) Huma Abedin, who is a close friend of Hillary Rodham Clinton and her former Chief of Staff, has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Saleha Abedin, Huma’s Pakistani mother, has been identified as one of the leaders of the Muslim Sisterhood. Huma, who was raised in Saudi Arabia, is also the wife of former Democratic Congressman and failed New York mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner.

Muhammad Morsi is set to go trial in January, along with a number of other Brotherhood leaders, and the talk of possible criminal charges being brought against Hillary Clinton stem largely from her long-time friendship and co-operation with Naglaa Mahmoud. Egyptian television reporter Nasr Qaffas has reported extensively on Mahmoud’s interview with the Turkish Anatolia Press agency. According to the agency, Mahmoud said “I have between my fingers, a treasure trove of secrets from the White House and Mrs. Clinton fears my wrath.”

Mahmoud described how she was befriended by the Clintons in the 1980s, when she and her children lived in the US. “We have a long friendship of many years.” She said, referring to Hillary Clinton. “This friendship increased further when my husband became the legitimate president of [Egypt].” She added “We also have routine business dealings with the Clintons.”

Remarking on the 2016 US presidential campaign, Mahmoud said “Hillary depends on us tremendously to help her succeed in the coming presidential elections, just as we helped Barack Obama win twice.” It was not made clear how Obama’s election was allegedly aided by the Muslim Brotherhood.

World Net Daily also reported that Egyptian lawyers have also filed charges against Barack Obama with the International Criminal Court. According to Egyptian newspaper reports, the charges specifically cite “intentional murder, genocide, slavery, forcible transfer of population, imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty, torture and the intentional infliction of severe pain or suffering physical or mental person is under the control of the accused, rape, persecution, enforced disappearance of persons, apartheid and other inhumane acts.”

It remains to be seen how criminal charges brought against Hillary Clinton in an Egyptian court will affect her prospects for a White House run. Numerous Muslim Brotherhood sources are threatening exposure of a significant body of evidence linking the White House – and Obama and Clinton, specifically – to Muslim Brotherhood violence. Presumably, their motive is to pressure the Obama administration into securing not only Morsi’s release, but his return to power in Egypt. If any of these links are solidly corroborated, the trial of Brotherhood leaders could become the focal point of a vast international scandal; ultimately linking the Obama administration directly to terrorist activities.

Daly  goes onto say, “is this person going for the hypocrite of the century award? Because we have to call things by their proper names, and the reality is by any serious examination, this man is a war criminal

This was in response to Obama’s speech on peace to children in Northern Ireland.

According to the New York Post December 6 2012, Al Sharpton was at the White House talking to Obama about taxes, I think it was about how to stick it to the people who are still working.

 Now the real reason . Al Sharpton may be an expert on Tax Evasion since he owes the IRS over $2.6 Million and local governments $900k,  This brings up two questions was Al Sharpton there to talk to Obama about resolving his taxes through Executive orders. That he was going make even more on this Trayvon campaign. That donations are flying in and he is getting richer and richer , This meeting was about Al Sharpton's   "lets help a brother" deal

Then Obama went on a very lavish vacation Michelle went out and filled her closets with new designer clothes and shoes in Hawaii.Great racket being President Obama. You figure out the figures.

Taxes are for the little people

Do you think Al Sharpton appreciates the irony of his being invited to the White House Tuesday to talk taxes with President Obama?
That is, to talk about Obama’s plan to ram through steep tax hikes on the “rich” to resolve the fiscal-cliff crisis?
Sharpton’s all about taxes — for others.
For himself, well, maybe not so much.
As The Post’s Isabel Vincent and Melissa Klein reported last year, Sharpton “owe[d] the IRS $2.6 million in income tax, and nearly $900,000 in state tax.”
And his personal pride and joy National Action Network owed more than $880,000 in unpaid federal payroll taxes, interest and penalties, Vincent and Klein found.
Which makes Obama’s decision to invite Sharpton (and several other MSNBC hosts) baffling. Why ask a man with a terminal case of tax allergies to make the case for higher rates for everybody else?
The Rev’s issues go back decades: In 1993, for example, he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor tax crime to avoid two felony charges.
In the years since, the IRS has issued a dozen liens against Sharpton’s groups, including one against him for $538,652 in 2010.
Asked about all this yesterday — specifically, whether he’s gotten square with the tax man — Sharpton said simply that he has “resolved all matters.”
But his spokeswoman later refused to respond to a simple question: Has Sharpton actually paid his taxes?
Nevertheless, it’s clear that the reverend intends to preach Obama’s tax-hike gospel. After leaving the White House Tuesday, he dedicated a 12-minute segment on his MSNBC show to the need for “a tax increase on the richest in this country.”
Since Obama is targeting those who make more than $200,000 a year, the “richest” set actually includes Sharpton himself — who pulls in $240,000 annually from the National Action Network alone, and never mind his MSNBC gig.
But here’s the bottom line: Sharpton is happy to spread the gospel about “tax fairness,” but if tax law were “fair” — that is, if it were applied to him like everybody else — he’d have been out of the picture a very long time ago. It’s as simple as that.
