Update: Disney Leaders are instructed to fire One to Four people a month for made up reasons

This is what the Leaders are telling cast members to scare them This was on my account on Reddit.  Dont listen to them These leaders are former teachers and have been trained to threaten and treat you like their students. The job of the leaders is not to help you . They are not your friend. They are the hand picked Rats... They must fired at least one to four people a month and they get a bonus.  This way they keep each member under their thumbs

If the cast members strike there's a waiting list of people to replace them. There's really no point in them fighting when they won't win anything.
