Disney Leader Cowards

Disney People who are not the average $10 to $11 an hour earner has called me a A-Hole, That I don't know HR laws . That I don't know anything about a business . Let me inform you I have a HR degree but it was not called HR in my days it was Personal Management. But is the same concept as HR. I have also a degree in Accounting, Business Management and a Doctorate in Business. I have ran business started from nothing and sold them for millions. I have hired fired people. I have found money hidden in accounting thinking I was stupid. I have been in Politics and I have seen more excuses, lies and other poor management practices.

You have Bob Iger sitting on a throne in Anaheim like an Emperor with the other executives like his court, while his leaders act like Dukes, Barons, Princes, etc. looking over the peasants or low level cast members. They keep the peasants in poverty through threats and low wages. I would love to see Bob Iger, the executives, and the leaders dress in one of their embarrassing polyester costumes that they force their employees to endure while working in the heat and cold without relief to either cool down or warm up. These executives and leaders should have to wear costumes as well to be identified as leaders and executives so they can't hide in plain sight such as Starbucks and not do work.

 Disney Leader Cowards who are hiding behind your computers join this blogger with full identity and true Email address  and tell me in writing the Federal Laws as well as the Florida Laws  that Disney can fire anyone for striking,   Until then tell your leaders , Disney, to keep their mouths shut.

So if your leadership Disney is calling me an A-Hole and that I don't know HR laws I consider it to be a compliment and I am doing something right by exposing Disney.
