What was the 1974 PLO “Phased Plan” for Israel’s destruction?

The PLO was born with a commitment to the destruction of Israel and in the early days of the organization, they would consider nothing other than that immediate objective. The October 1973 Yom Kippur War convinced the Arabs that they would not be able to destroy Israel through military action within its post-1967 boundaries. Thus they embarked upon a new three-stage strategy for Israel’s destruction, embodied in the Palestine Liberation Organization’s 1974 Political Program, commonly known as the “Phased Plan”, adopted at the 12th Session of the Palestinian National Council, held in Cairo, June 9, 1974.

The plan has three main articles:

• Through the "armed struggle" (i.e., terrorism), to establish an "independent combatant national authority" over any territory that is "liberated" from Israeli rule. (Article 2)
• To continue the struggle against Israel, using the territory of the national authority as a base of operations. (Article 4)
• To provoke an all-out war in which Israel's Arab neighbors destroy it entirely ("liberate all Palestinian territory"). (Article 8)

The Phased Plan remains the basis of PLO actions, even in the era of the Oslo Accords. Speaking on September 1, 1993, just after the announcement of the 1993 Israel-PLO agreement, PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat announced on Radio Monte Carlo that the Oslo agreement:

• ...will be a basis for an independent Palestinian state in accordance with the Palestine National Council resolution issued in 1974... The PNC resolution issued in 1974 calls for the establishment of a national authority on any part of Palestinian soil from which Israel withdraws or which is liberated.

In addition to the action plan against Israel, Articles 5-6 of the PLO plan call for a revolution in Jordan to establish a new Jordanian regime which will ally itself with the Palestinian National Authority. Historically, Jordan comprised the bulk of the territory of Palestine, and a majority of its residents are of Palestinian origin. The PLO has never recognized the legitimacy of the Kingdom of Jordan as a state independent of Palestine.

It was supposedly a move celebrating language and diversity, but readingthe pledge of allegiance in Arabic at a US high school sparked a furious backlash in upstate New York given the wave of Islamist Arab terrorism rising worldwide in recent years.
Wednesday's incident at Pine Bush High School, 80 miles (128 kilometers) northwest of New York City, angered students, parents, residents as well as those who lost loved ones in Afghanistan, reports AFP.
The initial plan to celebrate National Foreign Language week was that students would read the daily American pledge of allegiance in a different
language each day.
But when an Arabic-speaking pupil did so, she was reportedly harassed and called a terrorist, according to senior class president Andrew Zink, 18, who approved the reading.
Zink, who stood by his decision, told AFP he had received threats on Twitter. Veterans who live in the area told US media they opposed the pledge being read in any language other than English.
Local newspaper the Times Herald-Record said school superintendent Joan Carbone received complaints from residents who had lost relatives who were fighting Muslim terrorists in Afghanistan - which as it happens is a non-Arab country whose main languages are Pashto and Dari - and from Jewish parents.
Pine Bush Central School District apologized and said that from now on, the pledge of allegiance will be recited only in English.
A statement on its website said the intention had been to celebrate Foreign Language Week and "the many races, cultures and religions that make up this great country and our school district."
"We sincerely apologize to any students, staff or community members who found this activity disrespectful," it said.
Teaching "a culture of hate"
But not all have taken the apology well, with Zink and several others arguing language doesn't necessarily have to do with Islamist ideologies rampant in the Arabic-speaking world, a connection that apparently caused the uproar in the first place.
"Many people were angered about reading, but an equal amount are angered by the apology, so now everyone's mad," Zink said. "America or even American isn't defined in what language you speak in, but the ideasyou believe in."
Zink, who described Pine Bush as predominantly white, claimed the incident showed the small town is "not willing to accept other groups of people."
Sadyia Khalique, a spokeswoman for the New York chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), also criticized the backlash.
"To see the language of Arabic ostracized and being used as a way to target communities or even lead to hate speech is something which is not a goal... of National Language Week," she told AFP.
CAIR noted this was not the first time that Arabic had caused "prejudiced sentiment" in an American high school, after parents complained following a recitation of the pledge of allegiance in Arabic in 2013 in Colorado.
The same year, parents at a high school in Alabama opposed the introduction of Arabic lessons, claiming they would cause students to "learn a 'culture of hate,'" CAIR said.
However, CAIR may not be able to brush off those accusations of teaching "hate" so lightly - back in 2014, Former FBI Counterterrorism expert John Guandolo revealed to Arutz Sheva that he had discovered a connection between CAIR and the Hamas terrorist organization, which has the genocide of all Jews written in its charter.
Guandolo traced how CAIR was established by radical Islamists closely linked to the Muslim Brotherhood - of which Hamas is an offshoot - as a means to expand the group's radical Islamist ideology in America through the means of cultural interaction.
During Hamas's latest terror war against Israel in Gaza last summer, a CAIR representative refused to call the group a terrorist organization on TV.

The PLO's Ten Point Plan is Alive and Well

For decades Israelis have been conditioned to think that nothing position of the Palestinians to end the conflict is a negotiation tactic aimed at achieving a reasonable compromise in the shape of a two-state solution.

For decades Israelis have been conditioned to think that the uncompromising, all-or-nothing position of the Palestinians to end the conflict is a negotiation tactic aimed at achieving a reasonable compromise in the shape of a two-state solution.

Few, however, imagined that the unyielding Palestinian position is the modern implementation of the Ten Point Plan, or Phased Plan, as it is known in Hebrew.

This plan adopted by the Palestinian National Council in June 1974 is a well thought out program to bring an end to the State of Israel. This plan also violates the UN Charter (cha.1 2,4) requiring that "all Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state."

The Palestinian plan speaks of commitment to armed struggle to liberate Palestinian territory (that includes all of Israel), refusal of any solution that denies the right of refugees and their descendants to return to their original towns and villages, and working with socialist countries and progressives and liberals to bring the Zionist state to its knees.

In a nutshell, this Ten Point Plan is the unwavering Palestinian commitment to the destruction of Israel by any means necessary, including the exploitation of Western values like democracy and human rights as tools for achieving this goal.

From the day it was adopted, no Palestinian leader ever sought to annul it or alter this plan. Yasser Arafat saw the Oslo Accord as part of this plan, rather than a deviation from it. For him, this peace process was a Palestinian Trojan Horse. In a closed meeting with Arab diplomats that took place 1996, he told them: "We plan to eliminate the State of Israel and establish a Palestinian state. We will make life unbearable for Jews by psychological warfare … Jews will not want to live among Arabs. I have no use for Jews ... We Palestinians will take over everything, including all of Jerusalem."

Israelis, let alone the world, refuse to believe it. No matter how forthcoming the Palestinians are about their true goals, many still maintain that their statements amount to some kind of negotiation "trash talk."

Unfortunately for all, that is not the case. Just a few days ago Jonathan Dahoah-Halevi exposed the new position paper of chief Palestinian peace negotiator Saeb Erekat, who called for rigorous implementation of the Ten Point Plan.

In Erekat's list of recommendations to "president" Mahmoud Abbas, one can find reaffirmation of the right of the refugees and their descendants to return to villages in Israel, fighting Israel by all means (including joining international bodies for the purpose of delegitimizing Israel), and full support for Palestinian terror organizations, among other things.

Dahoah-Halevi demonstrated how Erekat's recommendations express reaffirmation of the Ten Point Plan that is not looking for any political compromise. Accordingly, forcing Israel back to its 1967 borders is an important phase that will put the Palestinians in better position to fulfil their long term goal of creating a Palestinian state in place of Israel.

Those who believe that two states is a viable solution should have their faith checked in the face of this latest evidence that the Palestinians remain committed to their destructive plan.

The Palestine National Council,

On the basis of the Palestine National Charter and the Political Program drawn up at the eleventh session, held from 6-12 January 1973; and from its belief that it is impossible for a permanent and just peace to be established in the area unless our Palestinian people recover from all their national rights and, first and foremost, their rights to return and to self-determination on the whole of the soil of their homeland; and in the light of a study of the new political circumstances that have come into existence in the period between the Council’s last and present sessions, resolves the following:

1. To reaffirm the Palestine Liberation Organization’s previous attitude to Resolution 242, which obliterates the national right of our people and deals with the cause of our people as a problem of refugees. The Council therefore refuses to have anything to do with this resolution at any level, Arab or international, including the Geneva Conference.

2. The Palestine Liberation Organization will employ all means, and first and foremost armed struggle, to liberate Palestinian territory and to establish the independent combatant national authority for the people over every part of Palestinian territory that is liberated. This will require further changes being effected in the balance of power in favor of our people and their struggle.

3. The Liberation Organization will struggle against any proposal for a Palestinian entity the price of which is recognition, peace, secure frontiers, renunciation of national rights, and the deprival of our people of their right to return and their right to self-determination on the soil of their homeland.

4. Any step taken towards liberation is a step towards the realization of the Liberation Organization’s strategy of establishing the democratic Palestinian State specified in the resolutions of the previous Palestinian National Councils.

5. Struggle along with the Jordanian national forces to establish a Jordanian-Palestinian national front whose aim will be to set up in Jordan a democratic national authority in close contact with the Palestinian entity that is established through the struggle.

6. The Liberation Organization will struggle to establish unity in struggle between the two peoples and between all the forces of the Arab liberation movement that are in agreement on this program.

7. In the light of this program, the Liberation Organization will struggle to strengthen national unity and to raise it to the level where it will be able to perform its national duties and tasks.

8. Once it is established, the Palestinian national authority will strive to achieve a union of the confrontation countries, with the aim of completing the liberation of all Palestinian territory, and as a step along the road to comprehensive Arab unity.

9. The Liberation Organization will strive to strengthen its solidarity with the socialist countries, and with the forces of liberation and progress throughout the world, with the aim of frustrating all the schemes of Zionism, reaction and imperialism.

10. In light of this program, the leadership of the revolution will determine the tactics which will serve and make possible the realization of thee objectives.

The Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization will make every effort to implement this program, and should a situation arise affecting the destiny and the future of the Palestinian people, the National Assembly will be convened in extraordinary session.

With that money Hamas was able to build tunnel similar to the tunnels from Mexico to the USA under border walls, just like the illegals from Mexico. There is electric, water, sleeping areas just like the tunnels built in just like the tunnels build by the "Illegals" from Mexico. Islam does not take long to convert. Their is no formal classes or formal training like Obama had to go through to convert to his form of Christianity  

It is not hard to convert to Islam , It can even be done over the phone as long a there is another Muslim hearing you accepting Islam. The word Islam means Submission not peace. The word Muslim means one who submits not one who is peaceful as they want you to think.

How to become a Muslim Becoming a Muslim is a simple and easy process.  All that a person has to do is to say a sentence called the Testimony of Faith (Shahada), which is pronounced as:

I testify “La ilaha illa Allah, Muhammad rasoolu Allah.”

These Arabic words mean, “There is no true god (deity) but God (Allah), and Muhammad is the Messenger (Prophet) of God.”  Once a person says the Testimony of Faith (Shahada) with conviction and understanding its meaning, then he/she has become a Muslim. 

The first part, “There is no true deity but God,” means that none has the right to be worshipped but God alone, and that God has neither partner nor son.  The second part means that Muhammad was a true Prophet sent by God to humankind.

To be a Muslim, one should also:

- Believe that the Holy Quran is the literal word of God, revealed by Him.

- Believe that the Judgment Day (Resurrection Day) is true and will come.

- Believe in the prophets that God sent and the books He revealed, and in His angels.

- Accept Islam as his/her religion.

- Not worship anything nor anyone except God.

It is that easy! 

Now as for Obama I called the his Church he was suppose to convert in and it wasn't as simple as becoming a Muslim. I spoke one of the pastors at the Trinity United Church of Christ.  This is an African Church I was told. So I told the person who answered I am African American since my family was from Egypt. I was told all you have to do is:

2. Go to 2-3 Sunday School Adult Classes

3. Walk the aisle

4. and at the end of the aisle pick up your Conversion Certificate given by the pastor of the day.

Easy ? Yep.  So I asked Do I have to give up Islam and Allah?

I was told "Hunny this is America You don't have to give up anything. We "convert" many Muslims because they can not get jobs as a Muslim. Majority of the members of this Church are Muslim . Most Members of the Nation of Islam".

Rabbi Menachem Lubinsky, Chairman of the International Committee for Defense of the Mount of Olives, called Sunday for Israelis to recognize the importance of the Mount of Olives Cemetery and “to wake up” and realize that "if they don't protect their past, they won't have their future either.”

In the last two weeks, there have been 90 desecrations of graves in the Mount of Olives, he said, 50 of them in one part of the Afghan section. There were 300 incidents of rock throwing in eastern Jerusalem in one month – and no arrests, he added.

On the positive side, the rabbi noted that the new Religious Affairs Minister, David Azoulay (Shas), has allotted half of his budget for protection of the cemetery, and the new Minister of Internal Security, Gilad Erdan (Likud), has toured the cemetery and made a commitment to protect it.

The cemetery is “the Jews' Arlington Cemetery,” Rabbi Lubinsky said, and holds 3,000 years of Jewish history. “We need to tell people that this is Jewish,” he stressed. “Every inch of that cemetery is Jewish.”

Not many of us know that the first Jihadi attack on Britain took place four hundred years before 7/7 in the year 1609! How many of us are made aware in our schools that we British had our first taste of Jihad when the Barbary Muslim pirates occupied Lundy Island (in UK, near the City of Bristol) in 1609. They came up the Atlantic along the shores of Spain and France in search of White slaves. For this venture they occupied Lundy island in Bristol bay and used it as a staging post for attacking the English mainland during the 1500 and 1600s. In his recent bestseller, White Gold, Giles Milton tells the story of the million or so Europeans whom Islamic slave traders captured during the period. This really brought the threat to home. Between 1609 and 1616, nearly 466 English trading ships were captured by the Barbary pirates. In July 1625 the West Country was raided by Islamic pirates – about a thousand Englishmen were taken and the Islamic standard was even raised on the island of Lundy in the Bristol Channel! These Barbary corsairs even reached Iceland and transported hundreds of the fair-skinned inhabitants back to North Africa for a life of slavery. The crusading movement continued intermittently until 13th June 1798, when Napoleon captured Malta. The island had been the home of the Knights Hospitaller since 1530, shortly after their ejection from Rhodes by the Turks. The Knights survived a Turkish siege in 1565 and Malta became the last crusading military outpost. Of course, Great Britain gained control of the island after the Napoleonic period, but, as we’ve seen, the Order of Malta continues to this day. It was this British and French military initiative that finally cut off the threat which Britain and Europe faced from the Barbary Muslim Jihadis in the 17th and 18th centuries. T is not for nothing that the English word Barbarian is derived from the term “Barbary”. But today, four centuries after the first Jihadi attack on British soil, the British position vis-a-vis its Muslim population is even more vulnerable as against that of the USA. And unfortunately for us, they may go about doing that successfully someday soon! The point to be noted is that till the Muslim population does not reach a certain minimum mass, the Muslims adapt to the country of adoption. Till then they pretend assimilate the host countries culture, but like to create their Ghettos, away from the mainstream of that country. And when their numbers reach a critical mass, they start what Mohammed started in Mecca, the Razzias or Gazhawats (raids) against the non-Muslims. The Bradford riots were just the tip of the iceberg of such Razzias. The 7/7 bombings were the first warning shots of the Razzias There is more to it than meets the eye. Britain needs to watch out, or it would be in real peril, if and when the Muslim population inevitably crosses the more than 10 percent. This benchmark has been crossed in France, and we saw the first warning shots in the form of the car burning riots. In the next round the Algerian and Morrocan Muslims in France will try to draw blood from what they derisively term the "White Cheese" when referring to the French. Learning from its neighbor across the channel Britain needs to wake up from its slumber and while it is laudably participating in the War on Terror in Iraq and Afghanistan, it needs to start the same war by deporting trouble-making Muslims of the Al Muhajiroun first, and then move on to deporting all Muslim political activists, and finally all other troublemaking Muslims (in fact most of them are troublemakers). Those that remain after these purges need to pledge that for them loyalty to Britain is above loyalty to Islam and the British constitution ranks higher than the Quran. If they cannot do this publicly, they should be deported too. This brings us to the point of asking ourselves "How do British born and bred Muslims end up becoming Unrepentant Murderers who glorify death?" To answer this question we need to know what happens in every Muslim home in Britain (and in fact all across the globe): Before the Eid-ul-Zuha festival, every Muslim father brings home a baby goat (kid) and tells his child to play with that kid. As days pass, the child grows fond of the goat-kid for some days and when the day of Eid-ul-Zuha comes when the child is shocked to see that his pet goat is slaughtered in front of his entire gleeful and cheering family. The child feels guilty, he cries and asks for his friend (the goat-kid) to be spared. But when the goat is slaughtered in spite of this, and the child is told that this is part of Muslim tradition - the child is bewildered. After one year round the same time, the same ritual is repeated. Now the child is one year older, but he still has the innocence to play with a pet and grow fond of the pet. When the day arrives, the goat is again slaughtered, and the child is reminded of this being a hoary tradition. The child still feels guilty, but his guilt is now numbed by the words that repeatedly fall on his ears, that this is a qurbani (a sacrifice) and that it is our holy duty to kill. A year after that the child is again asked to play with a goat and on the day of the feast of Eid-ul-Zuha, he is asked to hold the dagger and help out in slaughtering the goat. The child gradually grows hard-hearted and now starts enjoying this ritual of killing the goat - A Muslim is made! __________________________________ As part of his upbringing, a Muslim child who weeps at the sight of a pet goat being killed and would balk at doing the deed himself, is now shamed into doing that deed. It is drilled into his mind that he should do it as it is part of a revered and hoary Islamic custom of bloodletting. And that instead of feeling guilty, he should feel proud. A murderer is made! A Muslim is made! __________________________ The child's guilt is gradually vanishing and is being replaced with a sadistic urge to kill, not just kill the goat but to kill anyone at the drop of a hat. A murderer is made. An innocent child who would weep at the sight of a pet goat being killed and would balk at doing the deed himself, is now shamed into doing that deed. It is drilled into his mind that he should do it as it is the community custom. That instead of feeling guilty, he should feel proud. This way a murderer is never born, he is made. And he is made generation after generation to spawn a breed of people who glorify death. Who boast that "We love death more than you love life, and so we will get you someday, someway, somewhere, and kill you while killing ourselves to seek martyrdom(sic)." Another way of conditioning is to repeatedly tell a child that he should never flinch from the sight of blood, whether his own or anybody else's. Years of such conditioning in the impressionistic years of a child's growth leads him to not just not flinch from the sight of blood, but to derive perverted pleasure from the sight of blood-letting. From early childhood, when children are repeatedly told not to get beaten by anyone and to if anyone hits you, you need to hit him back twice at least. This leads to the building a violent and vengeful mentality from early childhood that provides for a perfect mindset for the making of a criminal in adulthood where revenge is glorified. The fact that seals this vengeful, cruel and violent mentality is the leavening of legitimacy that is given through the Islamic religion, with quotations like: "Oh ye who believe! Murder those of the disbelievers and let them find harshness in you." (Repentance: 123). All this makes it a religious, moral and a holy duty to seek revenge, and to coomit murder during seeking revenge, and to top it all, to exult when you murder an enemy, to dance over his dead body, to pull out his victuals from his corpse and proudly display it in public and to boast that now due to this 'holy' (sic) act, the victor would find place in heaven! Imagine that for a Muslim the way to heaven is through, murder, rape , arson, trickery, deception! No wonder we have such delinquent murderers operating in London, Jerusalem, Madrid, Bali, Baghdad, Sharm-el-Shek, not to speak of New York and the Pentagon on 9/11. And to keep this murderous message being constantly drilled into your mind, you have to pray five times a day, facing one particular direction. Private prayer is not encouraged, mass prayer is. Whenever the Muzzein brays from the minaret, you have to assemble in one place to pray, so that you keep meeting people like you who have also been brainwashed into becoming mindless murderers, so that this conditioning of the mind is reinforced five times in a day with the Mullah sounding the same rants of kill the enemies, death to infidel kafirs ad nausem. And if you dare to disagree you are immediately branded an infidel yourself and could be done to death by other followers. And if you commit the cardinal sin of leaving this murderous band, you become a legitimate target for being murdered as a Murtad - an apostate. There is no way out for a Muslim but to hate the non-Muslims and to seek every opportunity to terrorize them. As an Anti-Defamation League (ADL) poll revealed earlier this month demonstrated, anti-Semitism is a worldwide phenomenon. 

And while a focus on anti-Semitism has cropped up in Europe and in the Middle East, at least one group of Jews in Guatemala were brave enough to speak of their own plight in the Central American press. 

Over thirty Jews are being expelled from San Juan La Laguna, a small Guatemalan town - all at the express request of the locals. 

"We wanted a clean, quiet, peaceful and friendly place for our children to grow into adults," Misael Santos, a convert to Judaism from San Juan La Laguna, told Prensa Libre earlier this week.

However, that is not what Santos found; for about six months, the community has been subject to ongoing verbal and physical abuse - the result of a petition for the small Jewish community to be evicted. 

Fear of the unknown

Santos and one other Jewish family moved to the small town from Mexico city about six years ago, he said. But trouble really began after he began a synagogue, drawing Israelis and Jewish tourists alike to the Guatemalan heartland.

"About seven months ago, visitors came to celebrate the Jewish New Year here," he stated. "A Mexican family stayed for five months. Were only two families in all, but then a public official began showing signs of discontent with the people here."

"We were only two families, but he wanted us to leave," he added. "We were doing nothing wrong - just exercising our freedom of religion." 

Since then, word has spread about the Jews in San Juan La Laguna, beginning a torrent of abuse. 

"I put myself in their place and perhaps they are right to feel scared because before we were two families and now there are ten. And seeing us with our traditional dress, which is black, out of devotion and humility, in the streets, may cause fear,” he admitted.

"But someone must be directing this, because someone printed out fliers with false information [about Judaism and Jews] and put it under everyone's doors." 

Nazi tactics?

After concerns about the tourists rose, the mayor ordered a Jewish registry to be drawn up listing the town's Jewish residents, Santos stated. The move was allegedly to keep note of tourism in the small town, but theJewish community became wary. 

The abuse has turned from incitement to anti-Semitic violence in a matter of weeks. 

"They uploaded photos of [Adolf] Hitler to a website about the Jews in town, saying they will put us in cremation ovens," he said. "Fifteen days ago, a group of teenagers who has read the website came up to us and began throwing stones at us."

A policeman later joined the attack, he said, along with several adults. Santos and others eventually managed to call the National Civil Police on the attackers - but he said it only made things worse.

"The next day, the website was filled with anti-Semitic slurs and horrible pictures," he said. "Several of us wanted to flee that night, because we heard that there was talk of preparing a lynching." 

Less than 24 hours later, several children began stoning a group of women in the Jewish community, shouting "You killed Jesus!" Then one of them through an amateur explosive device. 

Community representatives immediately demanded an urgent meeting with the mayor after the incidents - but the situation only worsened. 

“They asked us to get out of town because they said that we kidnap children, and then added to the fire by saying the town would be invaded by Jews,” he said. “At the meeting, a lady presented 300 alleged signatures, asking us to leave the village,” he added.  

"This is discrimination," Santos lamented. "The town is dissatisfied with our presence here." 

"They say that the problem is the way we dress, but the parish priest is dressed like us [in black and white]," he continued. "They say we want to steal away their culture and their heritage, but we do not walk from door to door trying to get people to join us. We have not even purchased any land here." 

Santos and other community members have sought help from human rights organizations, allegedly to no avail. In the meantime, Santos is sad at the prospect of having to leave. 

"My children grew up here," he said. "This has been our home for six years." 

Santos noted that not everyone is to blame. 

"Many people do not want us to leave, and have come to ask us not to leave," he noted. "The fathers of my children's friends, for example. They are Christian people, who live by their values. Some even said jokingly that San Juan Bautista, the patron saint of the town, is Jewish, and if we are kicked out he would also have to leave." 

Justifying anti-Semitism

The mayor of San Juan La Laguna, Rodolfo López, told Prensa Libre that the eviction order is 100% justified. He has given the Jewish community 45 days to leave.

"People have been waiting for a month and a half for them to leave town," he claimed. "This is the people's will. A mayor is only the referee." 

He refused to discuss the incidents. 

"Everyone can denounce what [or whom] he wants and is not my job to determine if it is true or not," he said.

He added that he cannot forbid anyone to visit the village, as long as they abide by Guatemalan law. But he simply that the Jews were going against "local custom," saying that he "explain how the customs of Guatemala work."

"When they buy something, they ask us to put in on the table or the floor," he said. [Editor's note: this very likely could be as a result of shomer negia, the Jewish laws against members of the opposite gender touching.] "The people of San Juan must abide by local custom."

"If I go to America, I must adopt the ways of the gringo [highly offensive term for non-Hispanics - ed.]," he added. 

The future of the Jewish community will be discussed in a month, he said. 

But for now, the entire community hangs in the balance, waiting for the shoe of an anti-Semitic municipality to drop.
