There is much evidence that the Clinton e-mails investigation was never properly pursued. A nagging question has been lost amid the tempest over the FBI’s revival of the Clinton e-mails investigation. As everyone knows, the file has been reopened because of a trove of e-mails found on a laptop shared by top Clinton aide Huma Abedin and her estranged husband, Anthony Weiner. What we don’t know, however, is: Why has the FBI only recently learned about a computer used by Ms. Abedin?

Remember, Abedin is said to have cooperated in the Clinton e-mails investigation and sat for a lengthy interview with FBI agents. The agents asked her about her e-mail practices. Assuming they asked basic questions, as agents are trained to do, they would have methodically itemized the computers and e-mail accounts she used. Yet, the Abedin/Weiner computer, which is said to contain 650,000 e-mails (an unknown number of which are relevant to the Clinton investigation), was not acquired by the bureau in connection with the Clinton investigation. It was seized in an unrelated investigation of Weiner, reportedly involving his alleged “sexting” with a teenage minor.

Why did the FBI agents on the Clinton e-mails investigation fail to acquire and search this computer months earlier? The question becomes more pressing in light of the Washington Examiner’s report that the FBI failed to ask not only Abedin but other Clinton aides to surrender their computers, smartphones, or other communications devices. 

Now, there could be a good explanation, at least in connection with some Clinton aides. If, after a reasonably thorough investigation, the FBI had found no indication that potentially classified information was transmitted or stored on a particular device, there’d be no need to seize it. Let’s say X is a Clinton staffer.

 Let’s also say the FBI finds that X appears only to have used her government e-mail account for official business; that X did not have an account on the clintonemail.com domain; that whenever Clinton or other government officials e-mailed X, they addressed the e-mail to X’s state.gov account; and that X was cooperative when interviewed and convincingly said she never used her private e-mail for government business. Under those circumstances, it would be reasonable not to ask for the surrender of X’s private cellphone or computers.

Let’s now consider, though, the case we actually have. Several Clinton staffers appear to have sent and received e-mails about government business on private devices and private e-mail accounts. A number of those e-mail exchanges involved classified intelligence. It seems like a no-brainer to me that these devices should have been seized and searched. Why was this not done? There are at least four reasons, none of them good.

 First, the Obama Justice Department under Loretta Lynch denied the FBI’s Clinton e-mails investigators access to the grand jury. The grand jury’s power to compel production of evidence and testimony is the source of much of the FBI’s power to convince people to be cooperative. Defanged by DOJ, investigators were forced to negotiate and cajole when they should have been able to demand. That makes it much harder to investigate. It undoubtedly drummed into the agents the message that they should not press too many requests for the voluntary surrender of items the owners would not want to part with — and no one wants to give up personal laptops and smartphones. If a request made by an agent was denied, the agent could have no confidence that the Justice Department would back him. 

Second, the Good Ship Clinton overflows with lawyers. It is also very close to the Obama Justice Department (many Obama-administration lawyers were once Clinton-administration lawyers). Lawyers know that the FBI worries about being accused of violating attorney-client privileged communications. They also know that the Obama Justice Department is indulgent of extravagant claims about what the attorney-client privilege shields from disclosure. Lawyers’ devices are thus a big hassle for agents, and they no doubt shy away from asking for them unless it’s patently necessary (as it was, for example, with the laptops of Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson, since those computers were used to store and vet all of Hillary Clinton’s e-mails). And when you start shying away from seeking access to the computers of important subjects (such as Mills) because you don’t want to deal with lawyer complications, it becomes much easier to rationalize not seeking the devices of other subjects. Once it is established by habit that obtaining computers is not a priority, you stop asking. 

Third, it’s never good to compartmentalize an investigation. In this case, the classified e-mails investigation has apparently been severed from the Clinton Foundation investigation, as if they were completely separate and unrelated. When obviously related matters are joined together, there is a broader basis to demonstrate probable cause that evidentiary items, such as computers, are relevant and should be seized. But that advantage is lost when what should be one investigation is divided into two or more. If you are an agent investigating the classified e-mails case, you are not going to make efforts to acquire a computer that might be very relevant to the Clinton Foundation investigation but only marginally tied to the classified-information probe. When an investigation is artificially carved up, agents do not see the big picture: Things that ought to be acquired end up falling through the cracks.

Fourth and finally, there is the enervating effect of working on an investigation that agents strongly suspect is not going to result in charges. Even as the agents on the classified-information investigation gradually assembled compelling evidence, they had to know that the president and the Justice Department were very unenthusiastic about the case. President Obama talked the investigation down, going out of his way to say Mrs. Clinton would never do anything to harm national security. Justice Department officials leaked the same message to the press.

Put yourself in the shoes of FBI agents who witness things they’ve never seen before: subjects of the investigation given immunity from prosecution and then allowed to appear as lawyers for other subjects; Justice Department lawyers more accommodating of defense lawyers than of FBI agents; witnesses who lie to the FBI given immunity rather than being arrested and squeezed for cooperation. The agents see the handwriting on the wall that their hard work is going to come to nothing. An agent no doubt asks himself: “Why should I push to acquire this computer? If DOJ wanted me to have it, they’d let me subpoena it; if they wanted to make the case, some of these suspects would already be in cuffs.”

This is an understandable attitude, but it’s not an acceptable one. The FBI is not just the nation’s premier investigative agency; it is also our domestic-security service. Wholly apart from whether a computer contains evidence that can be used to prosecute a case, that computer has become a threat to national security if — as a private device that is not hardened against espionage and operates on networks that are not hardened against espionage — it is likely to contain classified information. Even if no one is indicted, the hacking or dissemination of the intelligence on the computer could damage national security.

The reports of the FBI’s investigation that have been made public indicate that there could be dozens of computers and other communications devices which may be storing classified information, but which the FBI has neither seized nor made plans to try to obtain. If that is true, it is inexplicable. That the Justice Department and senior FBI officials have adopted a theory that undermines prosecution of crimes involving mishandling of intelligence is beside the point.

It also raises another question: Is the Abedin/Weiner laptop the last one? Or will late discoveries continue to rock Camp Clinton and roil our politics?

Huma has stated in the past 3 months that her husband was the one who forced her to take money from the State Department during her child labor, her pregnancy, etc plus he forced her to become part of the Clinton Foundation and he forced her to be part of the company that placed the servers in Hillary basement so that she and Hillary could send and received top secret emails . This was all the Jews fault. Anthony became the Muslims Scapegoat. There was always hate and a plan to blame the stupid Jews who was struck by love that someone would actually marry the slime bag. So the Convert from Judaism to Islam Slime bag married a Muslim Shariah Compliant Slime bag. 

Now both Slime bags are separated and looks like a divorce is in the future. Will they get a Islamic Divorce first and then a American one. All I know since neither one is Jewish and it will not be in a Jewish court divorce and Huma will not receive a Get. Anthony will have to convert back to Judaism. But the question is do we really want him back into the Tribe? His child is not Jewish but Muslim since Huma is not Jewish. It is a win win for Islam but also a win win for Judaism since we got rid of the slime bag Weiner.

In the past two weeks ninety graves have been desecrations  by "peaceful" Muslims that Obama has been sending money (250 Million to Gaza and 250 Million to the West Bank) every six months since Obama has been in office. The first check Obama wrote was to both Gaza and the West Bank supposingly to be given to NON GOVERNMENT groups. Hamas is a Non Government Group but a Terrorist Group. With that money Hamas was able to build tunnel similar to the tunnels from Mexico to the USA under border walls, just like the illegals from Mexico. There is electric, water, sleeping areas just like the tunnels built in just like the tunnels build by the "Illegals" from Mexico. We have to look at what is happening in both Israel and in the U.S. A.

Scheuer (born 1952) is a former CIA intelligence officer, American blogger, author, historian, foreign policy critic, and political analyst. He is currently an adjunct professor at Georgetown University's Center for Peace and Security Studies. One of his assignments during his 22-year career was serving as Chief of the Bin Laden Issue Station (aka "Alec Station") (the Osama bin Laden tracking unit at theCounterterrorist Center) from 1996 to 1999. He also served as Special Advisor to the Chief of Alec Station from September 2001 to November 2004. .

In several of his video on YouTube he praises Osama Bin Laden and called him a true citizen to the United States. No wonder Bin Laden wasn' found during Schener's watch. This Scheuer was also part of the CIA team under Bill Clinton and now we have his wife Hillary running for the highest office in this country , the Presidency. Is she qualified to be President is another question? I beleive she is not/ She surrounded herself with terrorist friends of Islam , Her leading anti Israel , Jew hater is Huma Abedin Wiener who married Anthony Wiener a convert to Islam.  They were married in a public Civil ceremony by Bill Clinton as a coverup for their Islamic Conversion and marriage by an Iman. Islam does not take long to convert. Their is no formal classes or formal training like Obama had to go through to convert to his form of Christianity  

It is not hard to convert to Islam , It can even be done over the phone as long a there is another Muslim hearing you accepting Islam. The word Islam means Submission not peace. The word Muslim means one who submits not one who is peaceful as they want you to think.

How to become a Muslim Becoming a Muslim is a simple and easy process.  All that a person has to do is to say a sentence called the Testimony of Faith (Shahada), which is pronounced as:

I testify “La ilaha illa Allah, Muhammad rasoolu Allah.”

These Arabic words mean, “There is no true god (deity) but God (Allah), and Muhammad is the Messenger (Prophet) of God.”  Once a person says the Testimony of Faith (Shahada) with conviction and understanding its meaning, then he/she has become a Muslim. 

The first part, “There is no true deity but God,” means that none has the right to be worshipped but God alone, and that God has neither partner nor son.  The second part means that Muhammad was a true Prophet sent by God to humankind.

To be a Muslim, one should also:

- Believe that the Holy Quran is the literal word of God, revealed by Him.

- Believe that the Judgment Day (Resurrection Day) is true and will come.

- Believe in the prophets that God sent and the books He revealed, and in His angels.

- Accept Islam as his/her religion.

- Not worship anything nor anyone except God.

It is that easy! 

Now as for Obama I called the his Church he was suppose to convert in and it wasn't as simple as becoming a Muslim. I spoke one of the pastors at the Trinity United Church of Christ.  This is an African Church I was told. So I told the person who answered I am African American since my family was from Egypt. I was told all you have to do is:

1. Go to 2-3 services

2. Go to 2-3 Sunday School Adult Classes

3. Walk the aisle

4. and at the end of the aisle pick up your Conversion Certificate given by the pastor of the day.

Easy ? Yep.  So I asked Do I have to give up Islam and Allah?

I was told "Hunny this is America You don't have to give up anything. We "convert" many Muslims because they can not get jobs as a Muslim. Majority of the members of this Church are Muslim . Most Members of the Nation of Islam".

Rabbi Menachem Lubinsky, Chairman of the International Committee for Defense of the Mount of Olives, called Sunday for Israelis to recognize the importance of the Mount of Olives Cemetery and “to wake up” and realize that "if they don't protect their past, they won't have their future either.”

In the last two weeks, there have been 90 desecrations of graves in the Mount of Olives, he said, 50 of them in one part of the Afghan section. There were 300 incidents of rock throwing in eastern Jerusalem in one month – and no arrests, he added.

On the positive side, the rabbi noted that the new Religious Affairs Minister, David Azoulay (Shas), has allotted half of his budget for protection of the cemetery, and the new Minister of Internal Security, Gilad Erdan (Likud), has toured the cemetery and made a commitment to protect it.

The cemetery is “the Jews' Arlington Cemetery,” Rabbi Lubinsky said, and holds 3,000 years of Jewish history. “We need to tell people that this is Jewish,” he stressed. “Every inch of that cemetery is Jewish.”

Not many of us know that the first Jihadi attack on Britain took place four hundred years before 7/7 in the year 1609! How many of us are made aware in our schools that we British had our first taste of Jihad when the Barbary Muslim pirates occupied Lundy Island (in UK, near the City of Bristol) in 1609. They came up the Atlantic along the shores of Spain and France in search of White slaves. For this venture they occupied Lundy island in Bristol bay and used it as a staging post for attacking the English mainland during the 1500 and 1600s. In his recent bestseller, White Gold, Giles Milton tells the story of the million or so Europeans whom Islamic slave traders captured during the period. This really brought the threat to home. Between 1609 and 1616, nearly 466 English trading ships were captured by the Barbary pirates. In July 1625 the West Country was raided by Islamic pirates – about a thousand Englishmen were taken and the Islamic standard was even raised on the island of Lundy in the Bristol Channel! These Barbary corsairs even reached Iceland and transported hundreds of the fair-skinned inhabitants back to North Africa for a life of slavery. The crusading movement continued intermittently until 13th June 1798, when Napoleon captured Malta. The island had been the home of the Knights Hospitaller since 1530, shortly after their ejection from Rhodes by the Turks. The Knights survived a Turkish siege in 1565 and Malta became the last crusading military outpost. Of course, Great Britain gained control of the island after the Napoleonic period, but, as we’ve seen, the Order of Malta continues to this day. It was this British and French military initiative that finally cut off the threat which Britain and Europe faced from the Barbary Muslim Jihadis in the 17th and 18th centuries. T is not for nothing that the English word Barbarian is derived from the term “Barbary”. But today, four centuries after the first Jihadi attack on British soil, the British position vis-a-vis its Muslim population is even more vulnerable as against that of the USA. But so far, the saving grace has been that no real big attack has happened. Britain awaits with bated breath its future equations with its growing Muslim population. An attack that would put not just 7/7 in the shade but also 9/11. The Muslim ambition is murder millions of Westerners at one go! And unfortunately for us, they may go about doing that successfully someday soon! The point to be noted is that till the Muslim population does not reach a certain minimum mass, the Muslims adapt to the country of adoption. Till then they pretend assimilate the host countries culture, but like to create their Ghettos, away from the mainstream of that country. And when their numbers reach a critical mass, they start what Mohammed started in Mecca, the Razzias or Gazhawats (raids) against the non-Muslims. The Bradford riots were just the tip of the iceberg of such Razzias. The 7/7 bombings were the first warning shots of the Razzias There is more to it than meets the eye. Britain needs to watch out, or it would be in real peril, if and when the Muslim population inevitably crosses the more than 10 percent. This benchmark has been crossed in France, and we saw the first warning shots in the form of the car burning riots. In the next round the Algerian and Morrocan Muslims in France will try to draw blood from what they derisively term the "White Cheese" when referring to the French. Learning from its neighbor across the channel Britain needs to wake up from its slumber and while it is laudably participating in the War on Terror in Iraq and Afghanistan, it needs to start the same war by deporting trouble-making Muslims of the Al Muhajiroun first, and then move on to deporting all Muslim political activists, and finally all other troublemaking Muslims (in fact most of them are troublemakers). Those that remain after these purges need to pledge that for them loyalty to Britain is above loyalty to Islam and the British constitution ranks higher than the Quran. If they cannot do this publicly, they should be deported too. This brings us to the point of asking ourselves "How do British born and bred Muslims end up becoming Unrepentant Murderers who glorify death?" As days pass, the child grows fond of the goat-kid for some days and when the day of Eid-ul-Zuha comes when the child is shocked to see that his pet goat is slaughtered in front of his entire gleeful and cheering family. The child feels guilty, he cries and asks for his friend (the goat-kid) to be spared. But when the goat is slaughtered in spite of this, and the child is told that this is part of Muslim tradition - the child is bewildered. After one year round the same time, the same ritual is repeated. Now the child is one year older, but he still has the innocence to play with a pet and grow fond of the pet. When the day arrives, the goat is again slaughtered, and the child is reminded of this being a hoary tradition. The child still feels guilty, but his guilt is now numbed by the words that repeatedly fall on his ears, that this is a qurbani (a sacrifice) and that it is our holy duty to kill. A year after that the child is again asked to play with a goat and on the day of the feast of Eid-ul-Zuha, he is asked to hold the dagger and help out in slaughtering the goat. Who boast that "We love death more than you love life, and so we will get you someday, someway, somewhere, and kill you while killing ourselves to seek martyrdom(sic)." Another way of conditioning is to repeatedly tell a child that he should never flinch from the sight of blood, whether his own or anybody else's. Years of such conditioning in the impressionistic years of a child's growth leads him to not just not flinch from the sight of blood, but to derive perverted pleasure from the sight of blood-letting. From early childhood, when children are repeatedly told not to get beaten by anyone and to if anyone hits you, you need to hit him back twice at least. This leads to the building a violent and vengeful mentality from early childhood that provides for a perfect mindset for the making of a criminal in adulthood where revenge is glorified. The fact that seals this vengeful, cruel and violent mentality is the leavening of legitimacy that is given through the Islamic religion, with quotations like: "Oh ye who believe! Murder those of the disbelievers and let them find harshness in you." (Repentance: 123). All this makes it a religious, moral and a holy duty to seek revenge, and to coomit murder during seeking revenge, and to top it all, to exult when you murder an enemy, to dance over his dead body, to pull out his victuals from his corpse and proudly display it in public and to boast that now due to this 'holy' (sic) act, the victor would find place in heaven! Imagine that for a Muslim the way to heaven is through, murder, rape , arson, trickery, deception! No wonder we have such delinquent murderers operating in London, Jerusalem, Madrid, Bali, Baghdad, Sharm-el-Shek, not to speak of New York and the Pentagon on 9/11. And to keep this murderous message being constantly drilled into your mind, you have to pray five times a day, facing one particular direction. Private prayer is not encouraged, mass prayer is. Whenever the Muzzein brays from the minaret, you have to assemble in one place to pray, so that you keep meeting people like you who have also been brainwashed into becoming mindless murderers, so that this conditioning of the mind is reinforced five times in a day with the Mullah sounding the same rants of kill the enemies, death to infidel kafirs ad nausem. And if you dare to disagree you are immediately branded an infidel yourself and could be done to death by other followers. And if you commit the cardinal sin of leaving this murderous band, you become a legitimate target for being murdered as a Murtad - an apostate. There is no way out for a Muslim but to hate the non-Muslims and to seek every opportunity to terrorize them. Her "Get Ready for Hillary" campaign  have been calling them for more money so she could be President and destroy Israel. There is nothing Kosher about Anthony or his wife since Anthony converted to Islam. Huma is the daughter and sister of very high officials in the Muslim Brotherhood. And I suspect Huma was the leak as well as Hillary on the mission of the Navy Seals when they fired upon  and then terrorist murdered the Seals. That folks is another story between Hillary and Obama.

In Hillary's book she admits the she feels Israel is at fault. So what does that mean. If Israel is at fault then all Jews are at fault. Maybe Hillary will begin her own special chat about American Jews... From the Ocean to the Rivers blame the Jews as the Killers.

Hillary Clinton is stepping somewhere between meshuga and chutzpah with a lament in her new book about how Palestinians in Israel's West Bank are living 'under occupation.' 

In the memoir, due in stores on Tuesday, Clinton recounts a 1981 trip she took with her husband Bill between his nonconsecutive terms as governor of Arkansas.

'When we left the city and visited Jericho, in the West Bank,' she writes in her book Hard Choices, 'I got my first glimpse of life under occupation for Palestinians, who were denied the dignity and self-determination that Americans take for granted.'

Those are fighting words for any U.S. politician who hopes to court American Jewish voters.

The last elected official to make the same gaffe was Gov. Chris Christie, the constantly embattled New Jersey Republican.

Christie recalled during a March 29 speech before the Republican Jewish Coalition that he had taken 'a helicopter ride from the occupied territories across' in 2012 'and just felt personally how extraordinary that was to understand, the military risk that Israel faces every day.'

With the third-rail of Middle Eastern politics sparking, Christie made a hat-in-hand apology the following day to Sheldon Adelson, the über-wealthy conservative casino owner and serial campaign financier who had organizer the meeting.

But Clinton isn't expected to follow suit.

During a broadcast of CNN's 'Crossfire' program on Monday, a senior adviser to the Ready For Hillary political action committee, which is laying the groundwork for a 2016 presidential campaign, insisted that Clinton won't be falling on her sword.

'Does she owe Israel an apology for using the same language that Chris Christie used and then had to apologize to pro-Israel voters and pro-Israel groups?' asked S.E. Cupp, the conservative half of the show's left-right anchor desk.

'Hillary Clinton is going to stand by the words in her book,' said Tracy Sefl, the Clinton supporter. 'She is not going to apologize for something she need not apologize for.'

Cupp wasn't impressed.

'Then you think that she believes that the Palestinian territory is "occupied"?' Cupp asked. 'She's not going to apologize for that, and she asserted that on purpose?'

'I'm sure that when we all actually read the book and listen to her give these interviews, her words will stand for themselves,' Sefl shot back.

'She said it twice in the book,' chimed in Tim Miller, executive director of the conservative America Rising PAC.

Miller co-authored an opposition-research-heavy book for his organization, and released it to coincide with Clinton's. The title: Failed Choices

Co-host Paul Begala, a veteran strategist from Bill Clinton's White House days, insisted that the former first lady 'is very, very strong on' Israel.

'If that's the tree you guys want to bark up, I wish you luck,' he said.

Cupp asked Sefl, 'Does (Hillary Clinton) owe Israel an apology for using the same language that Chris Christie used, then he had to apologize to pro-Israel voters and pro-Israel groups?”

On Middle Eastern issues, Secretary of State Clinton painted a centrist self-portrait during her 2009-2013 time in office, and avoided clinging tightly either to Israel or to the Palestinian Authority.

But on the thorny issue of West Bank settlements, she wore President Barack Obama's policy like a shield.

In a May 2009 joint press conference with Egypt's foreign minister, she said the White House wanted 'to see a stop to settlements – not some settlements, not outposts, not natural growth exceptions. ... And we intend to press that point.'

Palestinians living in West Bank cities like Hebron, Jericho and Nablus believe they have a sovereign claim to landlocked territories west of the Jordan river, saying that Israel is 'occupying' Palestinian lands.

Israel's position is that 'Palestine' hasn't existed as a geopolitical entity since the British government ended its civil administration there in 1948. At most, Tel Aviv says, the land is 'disputed,' not occupied.

And that, Israel insists, means the land's status must be negotiated, not mandated at the barrel of a gun or handed over under threats from Hamas and other anti-Israel organizations that the U.S. sees as terror groups.

Tim Miller, executive director of the America Rising PAC, mocked Clinton's new book this week with an opposition-research-heavy book titled 'Failed Choices'

In 1948 the West Bank was declared part of Jordan, but that country relinquished control of it 40 years later, stripping West Bank Arabs of Jordanian citizenship.

Israel has built settlements on just over 1 per cent of the West Bank and maintains civilian and military control of about 7 per cent of the territory overall.

Armed clashes between Israeli soldiers and pro-Palestinian protesters are common in other areas of the West Bank where Israel and the Palestinian Authority share control.

Clinton, Begala pointed out Monday, won praise from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in a 2012 tribute video prepared for a public forum on Middle Eastern issues.

'I've just had the opportunity to work with her to achieve a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas,' Netanyahu says in the video.

'Hillary Clinton is a strong and determined leader, she's principled and pragmatic. ... As someone who knows a thing or two about political comebacks, I can tell you that I don't think we've heard the last of Hillary Clinton.'

But the maybe-running Hillary's book has already become more of a liability than an asset, with news networks procuring advance copies and interviewers leaning on her for news.

In one embarrassing interview with ABC News, she complained that she and President Clinton were 'dead broke' when they left the White House in 2000. 

Since then she has raked in $8 million in book earnings, and now charges $200,000 for public speeches.
