Dennis Ross had an 8 year vacation on the taxpayers money. This has been enough for District 15. He has allowed his district to lose jobs so that he and his lawyer friends and partners could buy up private homes and commercial property that went under do to real estate taxes and bank loans. Now Dennis Ross wants to replace himself with a child psychologist to treat the citizens of Florida as children and tell them what they need and what is good for them. Sounds familiar? We have been hearing this from politicians forever. Time to stop this right in the tracks.
WE have to concentrated on the future of Florida.
Getting Jobs with real pay, Getting the Homeless homes, Getting the Senior Citizens real raises without adding on more to the deduction or the medical costs in Medicare in medical INSURANCE so they can eat.. Encouraging College Students to become prosperous people of our society, encouraging inventions science and technology and using their knowledge for the betterment of Florida and our community . Improving existing living conditions with Government Grants since Florida is a target state for tornadoes, hurricanes and dry spell fires. We need to act responsibly to our Citizens who are poor and their children only eat 4 crackers and 4 slices of cheese and that is their meal. To our forgotten Citizens who are living in tents off the highway, many are Veterans, many have children, many have lost their homes from high real estate taxes or balloon mortgages, student loans parents co-signed or lost their jobs because business either folded or moved out. We can not look away and say nothing. Floridians are entitled to better with all the taxes we pay. We have to tell our representative in the Local, State and our US Senators We Are Not A Transient State.. that excuse won't go anymore for them not adding other jobs which are not tourist theme park jobs that pay $2.00 above minimum wage We need to encourage new jobs by giving Business a deferred Business Tax and encouraging business growth as well as credit for hiring Florida Citizens. This morning, Sunday January 28,2018 at 2:00 AM on News Channel 13, Dennis Ross was on TV the talking about putting a new census question on the census that is coming up. I guess he is following Obama's pathway of announcing bills. The New Question is: Are you a citizen or a refugee? It won't pass a committee in DC... We need to remove him for HIS stupidity and wasting money on presenting this bill. This question is against the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. You are not allowed to ask personal question which will violate the pursuit of happiness as defined as a fundamental right mentioned in the Declaration of Independence to freely pursue joy and live life in a way that makes you happy, as long as you don't do anything illegal or violate the rights of others. The only time you have to answer this question is if you are under law investigation or in a court of law or by any court officer. Census takers are not any of those things. I am a citizen and I will refuse to answer that question and I am a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLICAN. I am shocked they didn't teach him the fundamental rights in Law School. He has no regard for those who are green card holders and who fought in the US Military. The question he should answer is why did you need to buy $30,000.00 in Verizon Cell Phones and why did you need to go to California to campaign and spend Hundreds of thousands in campaign funds for the fund raising vacation? I thought his district is in Florida not California. Did he take geography in middle school and fail? Is he a product of "No Child Left Behind"? What stops another question which would be are you a Jew or not? Sound familiar? Europe asks that question. Jews are 2nd class citizens in Europe and Dennis Ross wants to make Green Card holders 2nd class citizens. Let's just tattoo each citizen like Germany did in the concentration camps. Or better what Obama wanted: Micro Chip everyone with a GPS attached.. Dennis Ross wants Big Brother Watching, I don't. Mr. Ross is only bringing this bill up because the election is coming close and he wants people to think he's doing something. He refuses to debate me. Why? He is also thinking if this Bill changes the District lines he would not have a challenger in this race and would save his Career as a Do Nothing Representative in Congress Doing something would be bringing in jobs to Florida instead of spending money on the Big Corporations like Disney with over priced dinners and lunches so they would finance him and his re-election and his pocket so he would look away. How many people in his office sat during a EEOC complaint that Disney won because of his alleged representation in court? Dennis Ross wants to discriminate against the Green card holders and those who don't. This ID of those who are Citizens should be administrated by the Voter's Registration not by Ross's demand. Then you have the tourists who are in Florida on extended VISA's. Every six months you can extend your Visitors VISA. I am against asking if they are legal or not because they will lie anyway. It is a waste of time and money and will endanger the census taker when they visit each resident besides being a stupid bill.

I was told by a Dennis Ross Supporter at a Holiday Party in Tampa, who had a "Jewish PAC", that Ross can use the campaign fund anyway he wants to use it when the laws are very clear it cannot be used in Federal Offices. Some people are so blinded by so-called "Best Friend" syndrome they can not see beyond Ross's backside where their heads are stuck up.
Ross had no address in the past of a Campaign office. When I called his office his office manager, who was also his campaign manager (Ms. Meeker), said his office is in a little room. When asked where the room was Ms. Meeker said "It's in a little room hard to get to!" I NEVER heard of a campaign office hard to get to. Ms. Meeker not only runs his office on a Federal Salary but she also took over $40,000 per year on a Campaign salary as an accountant ( which she isn't) and Mr. Ross hired an accounting firm to do his Campaign books. Ross spent more campaign money to an Accounting office who are friends with Mr. Ross. (Smell like Pay for Play)
Plus! Mr. Ross still has an office in his law firm. Mr. Ross is screwing "We the People".
Ross hasn't done one thing for District 15 nor has he read the Tax Bill which has so many loopholes in it. How do we know it will be good for the people? You may go home with more money in your paycheck but you will have less money in your checkbook on April 15th when you file in 2019... And he is bragging he voted for this Tax Reform. You cannot take off your interest in the Mortgage Payment for your home or the Finance interest on your car or Credit cards. You cannot take itemised deductions which will bring down taxes owed by the average citizen. It's a flat deduction which is lower than the one we had in the past. What we need is a Flat Rate Tax Bill and not individual taxes. Everything you spend you get charged a 1-2% tax excepting on Children's Clothing, Feminine Hygiene products, and First Aid Supplies, and a Government Medical Insurance which would include Medications. This Government Medical Insurance should be supplied and offered to everyone from this tax without an extra cost to anyone. This Medical Insurance should also be given to Congress and if it is not acceptable for them than Congress can buy their own individual Private Medical Insurance out of their own pockets, not out of We the People pockets. That would be less for the Government to steal. And in reverse with Flate Rate Taxes Bill, we should file taxes we had already paid in purchases and get a refund on overpayment of Taxes on Flat Rate Taxes... This would stimulate the economy into spending. Meaning more jobs, people able to buy homes, buy clothing, buy things they need. This could be adjusted with what the people want in town hall meetings.
Corporations would be paying their fair share. No more Tax loop-holes.

Today I was called a sexist by one of Dennis Ross's supporters. I am furthest from being such. In fact most Congress Representatives are not only sexist but they are also sexual predators, sexual abusers and child molesters. I totally agree with the President and applaud him for his program ideas in stopping drug and alcohol abuse by the general population. But, I want to take this even further. I want all Judges, members of the House, and members of the Senate to be tested before cases, before walking into their offices, and before voting on a bill. We need to test them for alcohol and drug randomly. They can test me all they want because I don't drink, I don't smoke and I don't take drugs. But do we know if Dennis Ross is addicted to alcohol or to drugs? We know he has had $5-600.00 lunches and dinners in California, Texas, Illinois, and Washington DC on your donations to his campaign and he listed each these as a fundraiser that has a bar. Maybe that is for raising his fund in his alcohol levels?
My 2nd question is why is he campaigning outside of Florida? Why not keep the money in Florida and improve the economy here in District 15?
My 3rd question is why did he spend over $30,000 in cell phone fees in one year? And if he included his calls where was he calling? He has a Verizon network which the coverage is supposed to be flawless in all 50 states, so Verizon tells us. Was he calling Russia? Someone (the FBI) should look into his calls.
My 4th question is why California? Was he visiting his friend US Congressmen Duncan Hunter, (R-CA) to discuss the relaunching of Congressional pressure on the White House to sell deadly drones to Jordan? Hunter and Ross have been lobbying for this deal for almost three years now. Both want Jordan to obtain Reaper and Predator drones. Jordan has recently Pledged Allegiance to ISIS AND Dennis Ross claimed he stands with Israel. Dennis Ross either has no knowledge of what is happening or he is a liar. By giving Jordan the Reaper and Predator drones he insures attacks on Israel and in Europe as well as the United States like the terrorist attack that happened in Las Vegas.
Dennis Ross has not spoken up about this assassination of the American People in Las Vegas but more and more video's on YouTube are coming out even with the FBI closing the case. Congressperson Dennis Ross claims to be a Tea Party Member but his spending of your tax dollars or your contributions to his campaign do not play as an example of what the TEA stands for: TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY. But the part of DECREASES is totally ignored when the people are starving to death in the streets and people homes are being foreclosed on by the Treasury Department because they can't pay their taxes, while Mom and Pop stores close because of no business. I have visited a once gorgeous Historic Center City of Haines City this past week in Florida. I found 90% of the commercial stores where once Mom and Pop stores once flourished with Hosiery, Hats, Greeting Cards, Bakeries, Butcher shops, Restaurants etc that once existed stand there empty. The Department store closed down. The place is a Ghost Town. But there was plenty of Attorneys who practiced foreclosure, divorce, taxes, DUI and other criminal charges. There was a jail, a huge Police department. The schools needed repair and are not up to date. And we wonder what in the world did Dennis Ross do other then build up Lakeland where he lives and forget Haines City?,
But let's not forget Dennis Ross hides the fact he is an Attorney. So Mr Ross will look the other way since his Attorney Brothers are making money off of the poor people and they will add in their contracts: "If you can't afford their service monetarily then use your home as the collateral for payment". Then you lose your home because you can not pay them back and they lose the case. You lose and the attorney's win regardless. Attorney's own lots of land and homes from this addendum in their contracts. But if you become Pro Se, the attorneys feel you are stealing money from another attorney and so do the courts in Pro Se cases since all the Judges are Attorneys. You as a Pro Se are discriminated against by not only the Judges but also the Attorney's. Pro Se means you are your own attorney. You are representing yourself and no one can make a deal for you. The Attorney has to deal directly with you. And the Attorney's and Judges can talk to you anyway they please including calling you stupid, uneducated and illiterate. The Judges can have chamber meeting without you and discuss your case as well as the outcome without you. There has to be a Federal law passed to clear this up. There should not be a meeting behind closed doors without the presence of the Pro Se. The Judges are Public Servants also. When it comes to time of election and the Judges and Attorney's run for office they want you, to give money to them and suddenly you are smart, educated and very literate.
Dennis Ross thinks we the common non-attorneys are stupid, uneducated, and illiterate. He thinks we the common non-attorneys will not read what he has done. And 89% of the people don't even know who their Congressperson is. When I was at the Pig Roast this past Friday October 27th, 2017, I was asked who are you running against. When I mentioned Dennis Ross is your Congressman, they said they didn't know him or of him. One person said to me "Oh yes he was here last year and I can't stand him he was so nasty".
I spoke with the Mayor of Haines City at the Pig Roast and he stated to me Dennis Ross has done nothing. No Federal aid available for them.
They have homeless Veterans and families roaming the streets at night in Haines City. The City is depressed and needs a Congressperson to give it the Federal aid it so desperately needs. A majority of the citizens living there have lost their jobs and can't find a decent job that pays a decent salary since Florida is a right to work state. It is time for Floridians to strike back and clean house. Take the broom from the ballot boxes and Vote these "representatives" out of office. A good starting place is with Dennis Ross.
I am running against Dennis Ross to make District 15 and all of Florida a safe, better place to live with jobs other than the tourist business. We have Foreigners who don't even live in this country buying vacation homes, renting them out for cash in their country, and stating they are homes their families use. We need to crack down on this practice and tax them. This will bring in missing revenue and the Citizens of the United States will pay less taxes because of the increase in revenue.

They claim that Ronald Bernard Fernandez, 61 was the one who died when he was in prison in California at the time of this death.

There are many people who die but once they are found or the bodies are found, it becomes an accident, a suicide, or another name. I never heard of a suicide with 2 or 3 gunshots to the back of the head . That is called an execution. Generally, if you google you can get a picture of the person especially if they are Latino or Spanish with a memorial . But the man had no family.

SEBRING — A man got lost and died Sunday on a nature trail in The Preserve of Sun ‘n Lake after a five-hour search, reportedly because he kept moving and authorities couldn’t pinpoint his exact location.
Ronald Bernard Fernandez, 61, first called 911 at 3:46 p.m. and told dispatchers he went for a walk at 1 p.m., but had been lost since then. Scott Dressel, Highlands County Sheriff’s Office spokesman, said dispatchers got disconnected from him three times over two and a half hours, tried to call him back eight times and then heard from Hardee County that his phone had connected to their 911 call center.
More than a dozen deputies along with K-9 units, air units from Highlands and Polk counties and four-wheelers from the Highlands County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission tried to find him in the 1,350-acre wildlife preserve, Dressel said in a news release. Dressel also said service was spotty in the area, even for deputies.
It’s fairly rare for people to call saying they are lost in the woods, he said. Most use map functions on their phones to orient themselves. However, he reported that the terrain was difficult. Searchers were often in waist-deep water. Pings of his cell phone showed several different locations because he kept moving despite being advised to stay put. Fernandez also kept disconnecting, calling back several times to conserve his phone battery.
Dressel said Monday that Hardee County reported talking to him at 5:45 p.m., Highlands County last talked to Fernandez at 6:13 p.m., and the Polk County Sheriff’s Office helicopter arrived to help at 7:39 p.m.
The Polk County helicopter finally spotted Fernandez at 8:24 p.m., face down in shallow water about 300 yards from the last known location of his cell phone and 1.8 air miles from the trailhead at Sun ‘n Lake Boulevard and Balboa Boulevard. He had been out seven and a half hours.
In addition to that, Fernandez was behind a locked gate, Dressel said, and deputies had to call for a key.
Deputies did not find Fernandez’s phone or his shoes with him at the time, Dressel said. He also reported deputies found no visible signs of trauma. Cause of death will be determined by the District 10 Medical Examiner.
“Our hearts go out to Mr. Fernandez’s family,” Sheriff Paul Blackman said. “I know everyone involved in the search did their best trying to make this situation have a happy ending.”
High humidity and 90-degree heat made a dangerous situation, Blackman said. He advised anyone who becomes lost, especially in hot weather, to call 911, tell dispatchers as much detail as possible about their location, and wait.
“It doesn’t take a long time out in that heat to get dehydrated and disoriented, so the best idea is to conserve energy,” Blackman said. “We have all kinds of ways of finding you, but it will be a much quicker process if you are in one spot instead of moving around.”
The Mayo Clinic, at www.mayoclinic.org, states even mild dehydration can drain a person of energy.
Even mild exercise requires an extra 1.5 to 2.5 cups of water. Intense exercise of more than an hour requires more fluid intake, and either hot or humid air makes the situation more dangerous, the website adds.

The Congressional Summary of that Act are a follows: Amends the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 (VAWA) to add or expand definitions of several terms used in such Act, including : 1."culturally specific services" to mean community-based services that offer culturally relevant and linguistically specific services and resources to culturally specific communities; 2."personally identifying information" with respect to a victim of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking; 3."underserved populations" as populations that face barriers in accessing and using victim services because of geographic location, religion, sexual orientation or gender identity; and 4."youth" to mean a person who is 11 to 24 years old. The act's grants have encouraged states to implement "mandatory-arrest" policies, under which police responding to domestic-violence calls are required to make an arrest. These policies were intended to combat the too-common situation in which a victim is intimidated into recanting an abuse accusations.
Reason for him voting no is because this bill covers Lesbians and Gays. He feels because they are who they are they have no rights as a human being under this law therefore he punished everyone for their mothers and fathers for giving birth to these people who he considers to be a abomination to society according to the Tea Party and his religion.
