Was Hillary Clinton really sick or under house arrest until her secret arraignment and paid the bail???

Was Hillary Clinton arrested on 9/11 and taken to her daughters apt because she is an attorney. Had a arraignment there and was released on house arrest until bail was paid? Then allowed to continue campaigning since she was not convicted. 

I never noticed this until this was pointed out in this video.

If Hillary was really sick they would have met her with a wheelchair which they do have in the VIP tent with water and cool towels. and wheeled her to her car. She would have also taken off her jacket. But she is walking fast to the area where she is stop, read her rights and cuffed. as this video shows. The Metal object you heard drop or seen dropped could have been the key to her shackles on her legs.  They dragged Hillary into the vans and she resisited by crossing her legs and going limp as she did in the protests of the Vietnam wars.
