Scarborough-Agincourt candidate Tasleem Riaz openly shared pro-Nazi memes while accusing Canadian soldiers of war crimes

Yet another NDP candidate has been exposed for holding extreme and hateful views well outside the Canadian mainstream. Today, Ontario PC candidates Gila Martow and Todd Smith shared details on the NDP’s troubling history of courting anti-Semitic candidates, including a Scarborough-area candidate with a history of sharing pro-Nazi memes.

“The NDP clearly continues to have a problem with allowing the anti-Semites to fester in the dark corners of their party,” said Smith. “We’ve already shone a light on the 9/11 truthers and militant anti-Israel BDSSUPPORTERS running for the NDP. But today, however, we have the most serious example of anti-Semitism we have seen in Ontario politics for a long, long time.”

Smith and Martow highlighted the documented social media history of Scarborough-Agincourt NDP candidate Tasleem Riaz. Ms. Riaz has previously drawn attention to herself in 2011 through her offensive online commentary accusing the men and women of the Canadian Armed Forces of committing war crimes.

Even more disturbingly, Ms. Riaz would later follow up her activism by posting and sharing a neo-Nazi meme that shared an ‘inspirational’ quote from Adolf Hitler whom she glowingly referred to as ‘the ruler.’

“You don’t post this kind of thing by accident. You don’t openly push Nazi messages on social media by mistake,” said Ms. Martow. “It goes without saying that keeping Ms. Riaz on a ballot in this election is offensive to every Jewish person in Ontario. Just as it is offensive to every race and nationality who were murdered by Ms. Riaz’s apparent hero. Frankly, it’s offensive to all Ontarians with any sense of human decency.”

“When Ontarians pull back the curtain and reveal the real NDP, it is clear that they will not like what they see,” concluded Smith. “Horwath doesn’t get to laugh and shrug this away. If she actually opposes the anti-Semitism festering in her party she will take immediate action against Ms. Riaz today.”

To my Chaverim,

I come to you with a heart full of hope. Israel maybe a friend to the United States but the United States must have more than a handful of people who fully will support Israel in Congress and in the Senate. What we have today are Muslim Sharia Candidates that are disguising themselves as “Christian” Americans to get into offices of the US Congress. For many years, we had only two Congressmen, Kevin Ellison and Andre Carson. By looking at their American given names you could not even guess they were Muslims. You have Rep. Maxine Waters, who has associated herself with the Nation Of Islam, now a convert to Islam, and close friends with Louis Farrakhan, who speaks about killing all Caucasians who claim to be Jewish. We need to put more people in office who can defend Israel to the fullest and warrant Israel and the Jewish people of America safety as well as guaranty the support of Israel will continue with the love they have for the country and the people.

Let me tell you a little about myself. I am Jewish, both of my parents were Jewish, their parents were Jewish. My DNA is traced all the way to King David. I am an American with a dual Citizenship to Israel. I served in the IDF in 1972-1976 and then in Intelligence from 1976-2001. I have always been a pro-active Zionist. I had led many activities when I lived in Philadelphia which included chaining myself to the Soviet Embassy with Dr Jay Blum. I was the Secretary General of the Philadelphia Union of Jewish Students and had organized the first Philadelphia Yom Ha'atzmaut Parade in 1969 with and a party for all at the Civic Center in Philadelphia and brought in Shuli Natan who sung Yerushalayim Shel Zahav. The pride of Israel hung over us all with Jerusalem finally back in Jewish hands.

My parents met in Philadelphia at the Philadelphia Naval Yard. My mother was my fathers boss and almost cut his hand off demonstrating how to cut metal and properly rivet it onto the U.S. Navy planes. My father said he had no choice then to fall in love with her and marry her. My father joined the U.S. Army and my mother in Philadelphia joined the beginning of the Haganah. My father, as an MP in the U.S. Army, freed many Jews hiding from the Nazis and helped them with food, clothing, and getting them connections to go to Palestine as it was called in those days. When the World War II was over for the United States, it was not over for the Jews. My father through my mother became a gun runner. Buying army/navy surplus with their discounts in the canteens. My father and mother were married in New York City and for a honeymoon they took a dinggy to Palestine to distribute the guns and teach the Jewish children how to defend themselves. In 1948, they knew Israel was going to become a state and there may be war. My father, my pregnant mother, and his third cousin traveled to Haifa. My mother was not allowed to fight because she was eight months and was sent back to the States. My father and General Mickey Marcus, his third cousin, fought for a homeland. Because of their support and heroics, my parents became one of many Americans who were the first Citizens of Israel.

I was born in 1950 in Philadelphia, and named on my Hebrew Birth Certificate, Leah Bat Moshe' v Tziporah. I had no idea my parents registered me as a Citizen of Israel. On my American Birth Certificate, my name is Loretta Lax. I grew up in a Jewish neighborhood that became Polish. Every Christmas and Easter our windows were broken. One Easter when I was five years old I was beaten so badly I was not expected to live but I am a Jew and a survivor. From that experience I became a Zionist. I joined Zionist groups and spoke about Israel, our homeland. I saved money to plant trees in Israel. I had my heart on traveling to Israel. My Grandmother died in 1963 and left me money. That was the money I was going to use to go to Israel. I left for Israel in 1971. Lived on a Kibbutz for thirteen months and received a letter "Greetings you are to report". I was drafted. I entered the Army and was involved in 2 wars 1973 and as a reserve 1982. I came back to the United States in 1976 and met my late husband Jordan Miller. I had a son in 1979 Moshe Tzvi and I was back and forth to Israel doing missions I can not discuss.

I got into Politics with Senator John Heinz at a rally in Philadelphia. Senator Heinz was a strong supporter of the Jewish Community and Israel but his wife Teresa wasn't and still isn't. Senator Heinz was a strong supporter of Soviet Jewry and together we worked to free the Soviet Jews from Russia. I called Senator Heinz a tower of strength for Israel. He was my mentor in Politics.

My feelings about the BDS which consists mostly of Trans-Jordan's to boycott Israeli goods and services. I feel this Organization should be classified as a Jihad Terrorist Group. They incite people to attack anyone who buys Israeli products or services. The BDS movement is actually a puppet organization in a theater directed by Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood, and the Holyland foundation as well as CAIR, the American Muslim Students, VIVA Palestrina, ANSWER, and Antifa. All of these organizations are anti-Israel. They need to be watched very carefully because their actors are Jihadists. They have no problem activating suicide bombs or killing Jews. The code name for Jew is now Zionist. The Israel Anti-Boycott Act should be enforced for not only the economic state and safety of Israel but for the Economic state and safety of all Americans. What these BDS Jihadists don't understand that the Intel processors in their computers were made by Israeli Companies, many of the medical procedures were developed by Israeli doctors, and that the destruction of Israeli economy would cripple the entire world and bring everyone back to the stone age.

By making the BDS a terrorist group and connecting them to CAIR, Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood, Holyland Foundation, The American Muslim Students, ANSWER, Antifa, and VIVA Palestrina would halt and cripple their means of credit with loans and banks for the continuation of their organization to exist. Please note I included Antifa since the Militants of Antifa are being trained by Hamas and ISIS to riot, burn down Jewish stores, call Jews Nazis, and they have many Muslims in their ranks. This is not only happening in America but throughout Europe and the United Kingdom. I stand with Israel and I would like to see stricter laws and sanctions on any country that promotes such conduct.

America should demand from the UN that Human Rights problems are not in Israel but the display of Pallywood throughout the entire fifty-seven Muslim Countries should be stop and the truth come forward. But with the influence of the S.S. Muslim Nazis who settled in Egypt, Jordan, Gaza, and the other surrounding Muslim countries are still at war, in what I call a remission of war, are influencing the Muslims with the Jewish Solution now called the Zionist Solution. “From the river to the sea” is not a jingle for a resort it is a hate chant. I would support The Israel Anti-Boycott Act (S.720 & H.R.1697)

The IRGA which is really a masked organization to capture investors to feed money into Iran and it's Nuclear Program. According to President Trump, who has the same views as I do, considers the IRGA a terrorist group. Again, Sharia Muslim Countries like the Iran military, has supported and trained Hezbollah and Hamas. By doing this it is unknown if they also have been agreeing to exchange in the future nuclear weapons. But by training these terrorist violates the spirit of the Nuclear deal which according to Mohammad in the Koran a agreement with an infidel is only valid for seven years. However if something better comes along the deal is null and voided. America and Israel are the Infidels, the Big Satan and the Little Satan. IRGA is really a Military group posing as an investors group on the Tehran exchange and has many investors in jitters with the overshadowing of President Trump's aggressive stand to cancel the nuclear deal. By replacing sanctions on Iran and freezing their assets, it will weaken the wealth of allowing this Nuclear facility to grow so they can develop nuclear bombs and weapons. However I would support the demolishing of these plants since these facilities were not developed in the middle of the dessert for cities to enjoy electricity. These plants are owned and operated by the government of Iran and the military is presence is about 77% making it a Government operation with minimal private investment. IRGA commander is Mohammad Ali Jafari who is always seen in Military attire. He has been graciously photographed many times with Mohammad Javad Zarif, the Foreign Minister of Iran and the architect of the nuclear deal. Since the Ayatollah Khomenei, Iran became a terrorist country and Israel lost a friend with the overthrow of Shah of Iran.

I agree with the sanction of Iran on entities owned or controlled by the IRGC, including major Iranian financial institutions, companies on the Tehran Stock Exchange, and entities of which the IRGC controls a minority stake. However the only word I would change since the IRGC stands for Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Military presence is not a minority, I would change that to a majority. I would support The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Economic Exclusion Act (H.R. 5132).

Israel has a right to defend itself and it's citizens by any means. I do not agree in giving back any land that Israel has won in any war. The Trans-Jordan's were invited to return back to their homes after the War of Independence of 1948. They refused and they abandoned their properties. The properties became part of the Israeli government and was built on, renovated, or demolished. In 1929, the Trans-Jordan's murdered close to sixty-nine Jews for the rumor made up by grass roots of the Muslim Brotherhood that the Jews plan to seize control of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. From this massacre, out of the ashes, grew the Haganah which became the nucleus of the Israeli Defense Force the IDF. We can not allow another Holocaust, whether it is in Europe or in America or anywhere the Jews are being persecuted. America was fought and paid for by the Jewish Money of Haym Salomon who is classified as the American Financier and Patriot of the American revolution along with the members of Mikvah Israel. They are never mentioned in the history books and the books are slanted that only Christians dealt with the Revolutionary War. It was the Rothschild family who financed the Civil War with a loan which both Salomon and Rothschild families were never paid back but made into demons and the Rothschild family still is demonized today. From the loan of the Rothschild family, the Antisemitism resulted in General Order No. 11(1862) which expelled Jews from their land and homes in Kentucky, confiscated Jewish Property, and made them homeless. The Order read as the following: General Order No. 11 decreed as follows:

1. The Jews, as a class violating every regulation of trade established by the Treasury Department and also department orders, are hereby expelled from the Department [of the Tennessee] within twenty-four hours from the receipt of this order.

2. Post commanders will see to it that all of this class of people be furnished passes and required to leave, and any one returning after such notification will be arrested and held in confinement until an opportunity occurs of sending them out as prisoners, unless furnished with permit from headquarters.

3. No passes will be given these people to visit headquarters for the purpose of making personal application of trade permits

This Order made it more important for Jews to be Zionist and return to their home land for safety reasons. Antisemitism increased with Henry Ford's newspaper as well as Henry Ford and John Kennedy senior's sympathetic desires to assist Hitler's quest to the Jewish Solution. Their pressure for the refusal of allowing the immigration from a Democratic Congress and a Democratic President. The St Louis was turned away from the shores of Florida and the Jews were sent back to their death in Germany. From these ashes of World War II came forth the Country of Israel.

In America, the Blue laws were past. so that Jews in certain states such as Pennsylvania and New Jersey demanded all business be closed on Sunday with the disregard of Jews who practice the Sabbath Friday sundown to Saturday sundown . Even in Jewish Shopping areas business owners were fined or had to pay the authorities off in order to be allowed to stay open. There were signs on hotel lawns that stated no Dogs or Jews permitted in this hotel. This was fought and won. The other laws disregarding the Jewish Holidays in schools , work and other activities such as political events. Still today, I have experienced discrimination by the “Good Christians” of the Republican Party with their events since they hold their events on Friday Nights and on Jewish Holidays knowing they are Jewish Holidays. I have asked them to please hold some other days during the week and they have refused. And they claim they stand with Israel and do not practice antisemitism.

The establishment of a Jewish Country came and Jews fought back knowing they had a place to go to. Israel and the Jewish people of Israel have a right to a sovereign state. They have the right to defend themselves. Everything the US government has done to the Jews here in the United States is owed to the Jewish State. Yes, I agree-upon increases in Israel’s security assistance, expanded weapons stockpiles, and new U.S.-Israel cooperation in anti-drone technologies, cyber security and space. Yes to the authorized U.S. security assistance for Israel, as called for in the 2016 U.S.-Israel Memorandum of Understanding on security assistance. Yes to a joint assessment of the quantity and type of precision-guided munitions necessary for Israel to defend itself against Hezbollah, Hamas and other terrorist groups. Mandates rapid acquisition and deployment procedures for such munitions. Yes to the Extension authorization for the U.S. War Reserve Stockpile in Israel by five years and authorizes an additional $1 billion in stocks; authorizes the president to add precision guided munitions to the stockpile for potential Israeli use in a conflict with Hezbollah. Yes to the extension of authorization for loan guarantees to Israel by four years and establishment of a U.S.-Israel cybersecurity research and development grant program Yes to the NASA administrator to continue working with the Israel Space Agency to identify and cooperatively pursue peaceful space exploration and science initiatives. Yes to the authorization of administrators of the U.S. Agency for International Development to enter into a memorandum of understanding with Israel to advance common goals. Yes to the authorization that the president to establish a counter-drone program with Israel. Yes to the mandate to improved reporting on enhancing Israel’s qualitative military edge (QME), including assessments of Israel’s ability to effectively defend against non-state actors because Pallywood must stop. And yes I will press the administration (any administration)to expedite export licensing for Israel by adding it to the list of nations eligible for the Strategic Trade Authorization Exception.

Moving the United States Embassy to Jerusalem and keeping it there has been a dream of mine, I have personal reasons and now proud this dream has become a reality that Jerusalem is now established as part of Israel and belongs to Israel. Mohammad, in his Koran, stated that the Jews will return and we have. Only reasons the Muslims are attacking is because Mohammad tells them to do so in the Koran. Israel with Jerusalem is now whole. I am so proud and happy I lived to see this. The United States and President Donald Trump have set a precedence that the United States will not bow down to Islamic demands. Israel is my forefathers homeland and mine as a dual Citizen.

I have to address about a two-state resolution. Let Gaza be Gaza and let the West Bank be made Jordanian citizens. The U.S. must educate their own Senators and Congresspeople that giving or selling Reaper and Predator Drones to Jordan or any Islamic country because it is not in the best interest of any country including to the United States and Israel. Jordan's leaders have pledged allegiance to ISIS. ISIS is part of and financed by the Holyland Foundation, The Muslim Brotherhood. and all terrorist groups who are arms of them. These drones will be traded and used to kill Americans and Israelis. These drones can carry dirty and nuclear bombs. The ballistic results from these bombs would be disastrous.

Who am I? I'm an American/Israeli and a Jew and I'm proud to be one. I will be the mouse that roars. I will be the Congresswoman with a Mouth. In order to answer your question for the present and the future, I had to go back to the past. The past is what makes us who we are and why we do what we do. 1.  The rights recognized in the Bill of Rights are rights that precede the Constitution, apply to all persons everywhere and all times, and considered as restrictions on the actions of government officials or agents, apply to all officials or agents at all levels of government, federal, state, and local, and even to the treatment of any persons anywhere outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United States, except when otherwise authorized by a declaration of war or letters of marque and reprisal.
2.  The right to keep and bear arms, like other rights in the Bill of Rights, is an individual right, at all levels of government, and covers all weapons or other tools or supplies that might be used for defense, riot control, personal protection, law enforcement, or emergency response. The only regulation permitted is to facilitate and discipline militia and enhance its effectiveness.
3.   No right, including the right to keep and bear arms, may be disabled, that is, restricted partially or entirely, by any process other than a trial in which the subject shall have the right of a jury, and in which the burden of proof is on the petitioner that either the disablement is a punishment authorized by statute for a crime proved to have been committed by the subject, or that if the right of the defendant is not disabled it would be exercised in a way that would threaten the rights of others or be a danger to the defendant. Any statute disabling a right for a person convicted of a crime is a prohibited bill of attainder. Any such disablement must be explicitly stated in the sentence or judgment of the court. 
4.  Legislative restriction of any right constitutes a prohibited bill of attainder, and perhaps also a prohibited ex post facto statute, and as such is null and void from inception. This includes statutes restricting purchase, possession, or use of a weapon, or the exercise of any other right, by persons convicted of a crime if the restriction is not made part of the sentence. It also includes statutes requiring carry permits for a weapon. The only credential permitted in regard to any right is aCERTIFICATE that the right has not been disabled, but the carrying of such a certificate may not be required.  
5.  In all references to the power to "regulate", that power does not include the power to prohibit all modalities of a thing, and it does not include the power to impose criminal penalties (disablement of life, limb, or liberty), but only civil (fines, loss of privileges).
6.  The "commerce" among the states and with foreign nations which the Congress has the power to regulate (Art. I Sec. 8 Cl. 3) consists only of transfers of ownership and possession of tangible goods, for a valuable consideration, that commence in one state and terminate in another, or in one state and terminate in a foreign nation, or in a foreign nation and terminate in a state. It does not include regulation of "traffic" except insofar as it is necessary to identify commercial traffic carrying commodities subject to regulation. It does not include primaryPRODUCTION, such as mining, agriculture, herding, fishing, or hunting. It does not include manufacturing, retail sales, possession, use, transport or disposal of one's property not part of an exchange. It does not include other activities of those engaged in commerce or anything not itself a tangible commodity that "affects" commerce, substantially or otherwise. 
7. The only crimes committed on state territory over which the national government have jurisdiction are (1) counterfeiting, (2) piracy and felonies on the high seas, (3) offenses against the laws of nations (Art. I Sec. 8), (4) violations of military law by military personnel or militia personnel in actual service, (5) treason (Art. III Sec. 2), (6) enslavement (13th Amendment), (7) deprivations of rights by a government agent (14th Amendment), (8) deprivation of the right to vote on the basis of race (15th Amendment), gender (19th Amendment), non-payment of a tax (24th Amendment), or age 18 or older (26th Amendment). All other statutes imposing criminal penalties are inapplicable to actions committed on state territory.
8.  The location of a crime governing the territorial jurisdiction for its prosecution is the location of the center of the perpetrator's brain at the moment the criminal act is performed, not where the effects of the act occur. The only extraterritorial criminal jurisdiction is on the high seas and unclaimed territory such as Antarctica or outer space.
9.  The powers "necessary and proper" (Art. I Sec. 8 Cl. 18) to a delegated power are only those powers essential to the administration of the delegated power, not any power that might serve the same purpose as such a delegated power. In particular, it does not include the power to impose criminal penalties for violation of a regulation, or for interference with regulated or promoted activities or spending.
10.  The "general welfare" clause (Art. I Sec. 8 Cl. 1) is not the delegation of a power, but a restriction of the power to raise taxes (and spend the funds raised) to only those things that benefit the nation generally, and not just some region or group. There is no federal power to make "internal improvements" unless they are incidental to a delegated power, such as defense.
11.  It is unconstitutional to impose a tax for a regulatory or confiscatory purpose, or for any purpose other than the raising of revenue.
12.  There is no concurrent jurisdiction of the national government and the state governments over any offense, and for purposes of the double jeopardy protection (5th Amendment) the "same offense" is a physical act of the accused, and multiple prosecution is prohibited for the same or continuing physical act under different charges, statutes, or sovereigns. If the federal government wants to assert jurisdiction for a violation of civil rights by a state official, it must first void any prosecution by the state for the same physical act.
13.  The U.S. Congress has general legislative jurisdiction over a territory only if (1) it has been purchased by the national government with the consent of the legislature of the state of which it is a part; (2) it has been purchased and is being used only for a public purpose; (3) the state legislature has explicitly ceded exclusive legislative jurisdiction over that specific parcel, described by metes and bounds, in a act according to that state's constitution; and (4) the national government has clear title and effective possession of the parcel. Concurrent jurisdiction is not permitted, except that residents of the parcel should retain their citizenship in the ceding state for purposes of voting for national and state office. Jurisdiction reverts to the state if any of the conditions of its cession terminate. Such territories include the District of Columbia, U.S. coastal waters, U.S.-flag vessels at sea, and the grounds of U.S. embassies abroad. It does not include possessions such as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or Guam, over which the national government may have civil but not criminal jurisdiction.
14.  Citizenship of any political subdivision of the United States is based only on residenceADDRESS, and a person is a citizen of a federal territory and subject to its jurisdiction only if he or she is a voluntary resident of that territory.
15.  All persons present within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States have the duty to not only obey constitutional statutes and other official acts, but to help enforce them, and to train and equip themselves, alone and in combination with others, to do so. All persons in their capacity as defenders of the community are the militia, any person aware of a threat has the authority and the duty to call up the militia to meet it, and any person receiving a credible call up has the duty to respond to it. It is a duty to maintain a militia system at a state of organization, training, and equipment, involving all fit adult citizens and would-be citizens, sufficient to overcome the military.
16.  In any situation in which laws are in conflict, any person has the inalienable duty to make an independent determination of which law is superior, and to enforce the superior law. When that superior law is theConstitution, the duty is called constitutional review, and judicial review when done by a court. It may not be relinquished to superiors, judges, or legal advisers.
17.  Unless a criminal statute explicitly limits who may enforce it, it is equally enforceable by any person, and enforcement authority is derived from the law and from a warrant or commission, not from a title or employment status. Government agents have no criminal law enforcement authority that civilians don't also have. However, law enforcement officials, such as sheriffs and U.S. marshals, may have command rank in situations where they are present. The title of "federal agent" carries no command rank.
18.  Any protection of government agents or other persons from criminal or civil liability for their actions, or special penalties for offenses against them, not enjoyed by others, constitutes the granting to them of a title of nobility, which is prohibited.
19.  Based on available evidence, and until it can be proved otherwise, the Income Tax Amendment shall be considered not to have been ratified. Even if it was, the "income" which is taxable under it is only "unearned" income such as interest, dividends, and rents, and not wages for labor.
20.  Fiat currency must not be made legal tender within a state, and the constitutional requirement that only gold or silver be legal tender on state territory must be enforced. Federal reserve notes are not legal tender for the payment ofDEBTS within, to, or from a state.
21.  A constitution is not a contract but the Supreme Law, which provides for all contracts into which any department of government may engage. There are no "implied contracts" in which a government is a party.
22.  Common law crimes are ex post facto and as such prohibited by the Constitution. In particular, the national government has no authority to punish for perjury, fraud, or contempt of court any act not committed on federal territory.
23.  Require that all issues of law be argued in the presence of the jury, who shall be provided with copies of all pleadings and access to an adequate law library. Instruct the jury has it the power to review legal decisions of the court, as well as decide the facts, for a general verdict in a case. The only exception would be legal argument that cannot be made without disclosing evidence that is properly excluded.
24.  In a jury trial any opinion on the law rendered by a judge shall be considered testimony, subject to cross-examination and rebuttal.
25.  The right of an accused to counsel is a right to counsel of his choice, including persons not otherwise admitted to practice law.
26.  Prosecution of persons accused of a crime may not be limited to public prosecutors. The determination of who may criminally prosecute is the exclusive duty of a grand jury.
27.  Courts and prosecutors are not permitted to obstruct access of any person to a grand jury to present evidence or a petition, but only to regulate the timing and manner of it to make such access orderly and expeditious.
28.  Only a natural person or aggregate of natural persons may be a party to a legal proceeding. In particular, in rem "civil forfeiture" is prohibited unless there is no apparent owner or claimant, in which case the defendant is "persons unknown". Property shall be taken only to the extent necessary to pay a specific fine or judgment imposed by the ruling of a court. It may not include any assets not exclusively owned by, or, if the ownership cannot be determined, in the exclusive possession of the accused, and any surplus from a public sale of the asset over that needed to pay such fine or judgment shall be returned to the apparent owner or possessor.
29.  The President or other public official may not direct any offensive action by the military or militia without congressional authorization in the form of a declaration or war or letters of marque or reprisal, and any such unauthorized direction shall constitute a criminal violation under the law of nations clause (Art. I Sec. 8 Cl. 10) and an impeachable offense.
30.  The offenses covered under the authority to punish offenses against the law of nations (Art. 1 Sec. 8 Cl. 10) include only the following:
    1.  Attacks on foreign nations, their citizens, or shipping, without either a declaration of war or letters of marque and reprisal.
    2.  Dishonoring of the flag of truce, peace treaties, and boundary treaties.
    3.  Depredation of wrecked ships, their passengers and crew, and their cargo, by those who might find them.
    4.  Piracy on the high seas, even if those making the capture or their nations had not been victims.
    5.  Mistreatment of prisoners of war.
    6.  Attacks on foreign embassies, ambassadors, and diplomats, and on foreign ships and their passengers, crew, and cargo while in domestic waters or in port.
    7.  Dishonoring of extradition treaties for criminals who committed crimes in a nation with whom one has such a treaty who escape to one's territory or are found on the high seas.
    8.  Enslavement of foreign nationals and international trading in slaves.
    9.  Entry into a country across its border without consent of lawful authorities.
    10. It does not include any other treaties or violations thereof, and no treaty provisions are permitted or enforceable which would require the exercise of powers not delegated by the Constitution.
31.  Limits or disclosures on campaign contributions not convertible to the personal use of the candidate, even when accepted in exchange for public funding, are prohibited by the 1st Amendment, and any such public funding must be of general benefit to the nation and not to any region or group.
32.  Religious observances may not beSUPPORTED by government agents or public funds, but neither may they be reasonably restricted on public premises when initiated and funded by private persons, provided that this is not done in a way that is disruptive or offensive.
33.  The monitoring of communications by government agents, which the participants have the reasonable expectation of being private, is prohibited without a specific search warrant and notification of the parties involved if such notification is feasible.
34.  Any search warrant must be served on the owner or possessor of the premises, and such person must have the reasonable opportunity to verify the validity of the warrant, unless such person cannot be found within a reasonable time. It is not permitted to wait until such person is absent to search his premises, or fail to notify the person as soon as possible if such a search and seizure is conducted.
35.  "No knock" search or arrest warrants are not permitted unless there is imminent threat of death orINJURY to an innocent person, and it is not permissible to prosecute any person for resisting an improper execution of a warrant with deadly force or for any death or injuries that might result therefrom.
36.  Legislative and judicial powers may not be subdelegated, and executive powers may not be delegated to the agents of a different sovereign. No official may make a decision adversely affecting a privilege or immunity of a person in his jurisdiction based on an act or decision by an agent of a different sovereign.
37.  Government agencies or departments may not legislate for civilians by issuing "regulations" governing them, and it should never be necessary for a reasonable person to have to read a "regulation" or other directive to discover how to interpret a statute or decide whether or how it might apply to him. Regulations and executive orders apply only to subordinates of the issuing executive, including officials, agents, andCONTRACTORS, or to persons visiting proprietary facilities, or using proprietary assets, of the government.
38.  No person shall be penalized or obstructed from petitioning for redress against any government agency or executive official, or staff members of the legislative or judicial branches, for relief under contract, tort, injunction, or declaration, although it may require that monetary judgments require a special appropriation by the legislative branch. The financial responsibility of officials must beSECURED by adequate bond, and if public policy seeks to make officials personally immune, the government must assume financial liability for claims against them.
39.  Replace creation of judges by elections or appointments by political officials with sortition, or random selection, and replace single judges with multi-judge panels to the extent feasible, from a pool selected by objective examinations, to serve for limited terms, and to be assigned to cases randomly.
40.  Require that upon demand by any person, through a petition for a writ of quo warranto, and before continuing with an enforcement action, any official prove his authority for the action, by an unbroken logical chain leading back to the applicable constitution. Reverse the presumption of authority.
41.  Eliminate licensing of occupations, especially the practice of law. Establish that the practice of any occupation may be disabled only by order of a court of competent jurisdiction, on petition therefor and proof by a preponderance of evidence and verdict by nine of a jury of twelve, that if not disabled the right would likely be abused, or beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant committed an offense for which a statute specifies disablement of the right as a punishment, by a unanimous verdict of a jury of twelve.
42.  Secret budgets and expenditures are prohibited by Art. I Sec. 9 Cl. 7, and are not to be permitted on grounds of "nationalSECURITY". This includes any funds administered by public officials or government agents even if derived from other sources than taxes or fees. Forbid proprietary ownership or control of private organizations by government agents or agencies except temporarily for law enforcement investigations.
43.  Reform the Civil Service and congressional staff systems to make it easier to reassign personnel and prevent them from becoming too entrenched in any department or location. Reassign personnel at regular intervals and randomly cull them. Limit terms of service. Eliminate the seniority system. Set up chains of supervision and inspection to prevent collusion or evasion of oversight.
44.  Have the states cede territorial jurisdiction to Congress, in accordance with Art. I Sec. 8 Cl. 17, of airspace 300 meters or more above buildings or terrain features, so that federal air traffic control there can be constitutional.
45.  Require the boundaries between federal, state, and local jurisdictions be clearly marked so that anyone passing from one to the other will have proper notice thereof.

Like all candidates, I was given a Florida Republican list for District 15. I sent out close to 1/4 of the list which included Hillsborough, Polk and Lake Counties. This list came directly from the Voters Registration in Tallahassee. It is a legal list. There is no rule or law that states I can not contact anyone on my run. I figured some people moved and did not update and you receive some returns, The average should be for every 200 people you get back about 10-20 letter which is about 5 to 10 %. Some had forwarding address which  I resent them. I write everyone's name and address who I sent down on a special list to develop a mailing list.

No one has sent me a threatening letter until now.

My name is Loretta Miller and I am running for the Florida Congressional Seat of District 15. While I was speaking with Donald Trump a few weeks ago, he told me to tell the members of the Republican Party we need to elect strong leaders into office, to clean the swamp, reset Congress on the right track, and to tell the people they maybe your friends but look into how they voted in Congress. He and his friend Congressman Duncan Hunter are for selling high tech missile drones, the REAPERS AND THE PREDATORS, to the country of Jordan. Both Congressmen claim they are Israel’s friends and stand by her with one side of their mouths and then state that Jordan is a safe ally of the US. This is after Jordan's generals and King made it very clear that the Jordanian tourists and people could go and murder Israeli and American tourists visiting Israel and honors terrorists with medals. But Hunter and my Opponent have sent in letters to Donald Trump and is pushing again Shariah Law. Both claim to be good Christians.

In reality, he is intermingling his campaign supplies with his Federal Office supplies to give you the impression he is frugal and not spending the tax payer’s money but using a Federal Office for Campaigning as well as his Federal Staff. His Federal staff double dips by campaigning for him being paid by the Campaign and the Federal Government on Federal Government time. All you have to do is look at his staff names and his Campaign spending as well as the Treasurer of his campaign who happens to be one of his Federal Office Staff managers. His Washington Staff Manager is paid to travel for fund raising three-fourths of the year while one-fourth is used to “work” for the Federal Government. You decided.

This world has seen and heard many great leaders speak before. When Ronald Reagan called Iran and told them to release our hostages in 1981, they did it within minutes of him taking office. When Winston Churchill was on the verge of being defeated in WWII, he led his country to victory.

Earlier this month, Vladimir Putin made a remark that many have applauded him for. Not necessarily for speaking up on a critical issue, but for showing backbone and leadership for his country and rejecting the idea of political correctness.

Putin, during an interview, was quoted saying, “I swear to God if they bomb Russia, in half an hour every Muslim will die!”

Not only is this a real quote, he said it with a straight face and has stood by the quote every single day since he said it recently. Putin, regardless of some of his decisions, understands we don’t have time for political correctness anymore. We don’t have time for “kindness and love,” like the Democrats claim will defeat terrorism.

Quotes like this are the exact reason Putin and Donald Trump have so much respect for one another and support each other. They understand we are living in a global crisis. Millions of refugees are pouring into Europe and all over the world, and ISIS is coming into countries that way. We will never be safe if we continue to allow that to happen. Trump and Putin know that.

The difference is that Putin is a world leader now and Trump will be in January after his inauguration. Imagine both Trump and Putin sending the full arsenal to the Middle East to blow up ISIS. They’ll be wiped off the face of this earth within a week. Then we won’t have to worry about these scumbags and their jihadi propaganda videos any longer.

The Russian leader is reportedly mounting an enormous military mission to take control of the terror group’s stronghold of Raqqa. The city is the self-declared capital of ISIS in Syria and is patrolled by as many as 10,000 jihadi psychopaths.

The saddest part is that the US military could send in 10,000 troops, work with the Kurds, and use overwhelming air power against ISIS strongholds and they would be done in less than a week. If Trump and Putin teamed up, ISIS would be decimated in 48 hours.

Sources very close to the Kremlin have reported that Putin is done giving Obama the chance to fix the situation. The anonymous source indicates that Putin gave Obama 6 months, and now that the situation has gotten much worse, Putin is reportedly going to take over and complete the mission.

The liberal media will tell you that Putin is a bad guy, and he has made some bad choices towards the US, but at the end of the day, he stands up and protects his country at all costs. That is something you can respect, and sadly, something we don’t see in the US anymore. We aren’t respected anymore thanks to Obama and Hillary Clinton.

If Putin carries out his military mission now to gain control of ISIS strongholds in Raqqa, that is a service to the world. The United States was doing this in 2003-2008 under President Bush, but since Obama failed to finish the mission, terrorist groups like ISIS control nearly half of the Middle East now.

The bigger issue is that under Obama, the United States has grown weak. When the United States isn’t leading the world, terrorist groups like ISIS take over, China is allowed to do whatever they want in the South China Sea, and Mexico sends hundreds of thousands of immigrants into our country through our unsecured southern border.

A president Trump will fix all of those things. Those issues are Trump’s top priority and Putin agrees with that, too. It makes perfect sense for Trump to acknowledge that a world power wants to join forces. Russia and the US need to repair the relationship, the Cold War ended 30 years ago. It it time to move on.

We simply cannot allow ISIS to grow any larger. We cannot allow Sharia law, Islam, and thousands of refugees into our country. We cannot afford to let our communities and cities be taken over by terrorists.

The time is now. Either we come together in record crowds again and elect Donald J. Trump to be our Commander-in-Chief or we sit on the sidelines and let Hillary destroy this country for another four years. The power is in our hands–the people–and we MUST rise to the occasion on this. We must share this with every single person out there and TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK and go DEFEAT THESE TERRORISTS!
