It looks like the extreme-leftist anti-Trump protesters and later rioters are going down one by one in a way that no one expected.
Namely, Troy Worden, the former President of the UC Berkeley College Republicans is rightfully suing the “By Any Means Necessary” leader Yvette Felarca for, as his lawyer says “frivolous” order against him.

“Antifa leader Yvette Felarca has allegedly played a significant role in the protests that have erupted on the UC Berkeley campus in 2017. She bragged on local television about the February protests that set the campus ablaze.
Now, the former President of the UC Berkeley College Republicans is suing Felarca for damages relating to her activities as a leader in the Antifa movement.”
“I am glad that we are no longer playing defense and that we are finally going after BAMN for filing this frivolous action,”Worden stated in.
“The release from Worden’s lawyer alleges that Felarca filed a “frivolous” restraining order against Worden that made it difficult for him to walk around his own campus. Felarca’s temporary restraining order against Worden was dismissed on October 26.” (h/t)
“You are not entitled to a civil restraining order because somebody stares at you in a public place,” Mark Meuser, Worden’s attorney stated. “We beat the temporary restraining order … (and) we are now coming against her for the attorney fees and costs in defending Troy.”
Mark Meuser claims that Felarca has made up a couple of accusations of alleged harassment by Worden. Felarca has been using two cases that happened on the campus as a core of her accusations.
As we already know, Felarca was arrested in September on the horrifying riot during the Patriot Prayer march that happened close by the UC Berkeley campus.
She is a disgrace to our society and needs to be sentenced.

Judge grants order to stop MGM Resorts from destroying evidence
LAS VEGAS - Attorneys representing a woman injured in the Route 91 festival shooting say their motivation is to preserve answers.
The attorneys were in a Las Vegas courtroom against MGM Resorts International, trying to force the company to preserve records tied to the tragedy.
Rachel Sheppard was shot three times at the Route 91 festival. She's currently recovering.
Thursday morning, her attorney got a temporary restraining order issued against MGM Resorts International.
Sheppard's attorney Brian Nettles asked for the order to preserve key card records, surveillance video, radio traffic and anything connected to the shooting.
That includes the festival grounds and the room at Mandalay Bay where the shooting originated.
MGM lawyers argued the request was broad and unnecessary, since that material was already being preserved for law enforcement.
But Nettles said it was important to get it on the record and in open court, not just for his client, but for the public.
"Our concern is that before the discovery period starts, something bad could happen. That something could be altered, something could be destroyed. They said in court today, they're already looking at fixing or changing that room," he said.
Nettles said, he visited the shooter's room Wednesday and said it was dangerous, with bio-hazard materials and a still-broken window.
He said, MGM was looking to clean it up once law enforcement was finished. The order stops that from happening.
Both sides will be back in court Oct. 30.

The city of Las Vegas became a gruesome crime scene 3 days ago in what’s being dubbed the deadliest mass shooting on U.S. soil. Sixty-four-year-old Stephen Paddock holed himself up in a casino hotel room with 10 guns, where he shot down on concert goers below, massacring 58 and wounding 527 others. Frustratingly, there seems to be more questions than answers at this point involving the shooter’s motive. But now the narrative of the case has been blown wide open after a man who was staying next door to the shooter at the Mandalay Bay is coming forward with the disturbing thing that he witnessed while the massacre was being carried out by supposedly one single shooter.
When frantic calls began to pour into 9/11 that night with news of an active shooting taking place at the concert near the hotel, initial eye witnesses claimed that there were multiple shooters firing down upon the crowd. But for some reason, the mainstream media keeps pushing the narrative that there was only one shooter involved, even though mounting evidence is starting to indicate otherwise.
Australian man Brian Hodge was staying in the room next to Paddock that fateful night, and what he witnessed is destroying the mainstream media’s narrative that the massacre involved only one shooter. After hearing gun fire coming from his floor, Hodge rushed outside and hid in the bushes and called for help. Hodge then said something shocking, certain that this massacre was not carried out by Stephen Paddock alone.
“There were multiple people dead and multiple shooters. I was just hiding waiting for police to come get us. We were hiding in the bushes outside waiting for the police.”
Adding, “It was a machine gun from the room next to me. My floor is a crime scene. They killed a security guard on my floor.”
Hodge isn’t the only person who believes there was more than one shooter that carried out the massacre. Many people are feeling uneasy about the official story that’s being pushed, and are starting to suspect there’s something extremely fishy with the narrative the mainstream media is telling everyone.
Why would an accountant, with no criminal history, who according to his own family, didn’t even like guns, suddenly decide to commit the worst mass-casualty shooting in United States history? Even Republican Congressman Trey Gowdy is scoffing at the narrative that this was carried out by a lone shooter.
An unproven theory currently being circulated by someone claiming to be an FBI agent is downright chilling, and supports the theory that there was in fact more than one shooter. In an email that was supposedly sent by an FBI agent seeking to remain anonymous, the text reveals a conspiracy of Benghazi-level proportions. The shooter was actually a FBI agent who was involved in a gun running scheme similar to what happened in Libya. But things unfortunately didn’t go as planned. A screenshot of the email is below, whose text reads:
“The LVMPD knows the motive behind the attack, but the FBI will not allow us to release the motive because it implicates the FBI in illegal arms deals and supplying arms to ISIS terrorists within U.S. borders.”
“Stephen Paddock was an undercover FBI agent who participated in multiple illegal arms deals in the Las Vegas area in a gun running entrapment scheme similar to Fast and Furious. Paddock thought he was engaging in another routine arms transfer, but ISIS operatives who were going to meet him learned about the entrapment scheme and Paddock’s true identity. They killed him and carried out the massacre, and then fled the scene.”
The email concluded that people within the police department are “disgusted” and are “pushing for this information to be released to the public.”
While this email cannot be confirmed as being written by an actual FBI agent at this time, this theory makes perfect sense. It’s entirely possible that this was a gun-running scheme gone wrong, and once ISIS realized they were being set up, they decided to retaliate. Remember that ISIS immediately claimed responsibility for the attack, although they wouldn’t provide any proof as to why.
After months of targeting Las Vegas, perhaps ISIS had the opportunity to finally carry out an attack after being double-crossed by an FBI agent. Back in May, ISIS released a 44-minute-long video of the strip in Las Vegas, calling on their supporters to carry out attacks on this area.
“The 44-minute-long video released in May showed footage of the Las Vegas strip from 2015, calling on its supporters to conduct attacks with knives and vehicles, everyday weapons that its supporters have already used many times in the West over the past several years,” Newsweek reported. “The footage also showed New York City and Washington, D.C.”
What do you all think? Was there more than one shooter? Was this massacre retaliation of a gun-running scheme meant to entrap ISIS that went horribly wrong? We need to keep demanding answers, because it’s becoming apparent that the mainstream media is pushing an agenda, and we all know that the media’s agenda is never to report the truth, or for the benefit of the American people.
BREAKING: Chilling Item Found In Las Vegas Shooter’s Hotel Room Linking Him To Obama

Sixty-four-year-old Stephen Paddock holed himself up in a casino hotel room with 10 guns, where he shot down on concert goers below, massacring 50 and wounding at least 200 others. As more details slowly emerge about the event, sickening details linking Obama to the crime scene has just surfaced.
Breaking news is hitting the airwaves fast and hard about the Las Vegas shooter and some of this news links directly to ANTIFA. Social media posts revealed that Melbourne ANTIFA claimed and congratulated the shooter. Before Obama left office, congressional investigators found out that Obama funneled billions of dollars to left-wing activist groups, donating close to $7 million straight to Antifa. Hillary Clinton has blood on her hands too, as she donated roughly around $800,000 to the terror group.
A breaking news segment form Alex Jones links ANTIFA to the shooter via sources within authority groups stating that the hotel room of the shooter was covered in ANTIFA memorabilia as well as things that Jones “can’t mention.”
According to broadcaster Alex Jones, a senior police officer involved in trying to apprehend Stephen Paddock confirmed to him that the shooter was definitely a member of Antifa. When they entered his hotel room, it was full of Antifa-related paraphernalia.
“There was Antifa crap everywhere. He put up a fight and fought to the death in his hotel room,” the police officer said.
America’s divisive politics and culture of social division have provided the elite with the useful terrorists necessary to do their dirty work for them. Antifa, the violent leftist wing of the Democratic Party and the New World Order, are the useful idiots being taken advantage of by the elite in 2017
The disturbing fact is that authorities knew about Stephen Paddock’s plans for the mass shooting attack in Las Vegas, that targeted conservatives attending a country music festival, and allowed it to happen in order to further their agenda.
Intelligence and law enforcement were aware of plans by multiple shooters to kill as many people as possible in Las Vegas, but rather than apprehend the terrorist, they let him kill dozens of people and injure hundreds, and the death toll may yet rise much higher.
Police scanner audio includes reports of “multiple shooters”, with reports that gunmen fired from The Mandalay Bay and gunshots in the Caesar and Bellagio. However, law enforcement and media, following a familiar pattern in cases such as this, later rewrote the narrative, claiming it was the work of a “lone wolf”, who, conveniently, was dead.
He was not even captured on hotel security footage, despite being in Las Vegas, home of the world’s most invasive hotel security, and the fact he was reportedly hoarding 10 automatic weapons in his hotel room.
US intelligence and law enforcement, servants of the New World Order, allowed this attack to happen in order to justify cracking down on the innocent population even further, taking away more and more civil liberties, until we are living in a police state.
The terrified public, receiving their information from the mainstream media, will allow the elite to turn our society into a police state. They will choose “safety” over liberty.
For the record, identifying an event as a “false flag” does not mean that nobody was killed. It does not mean that everybody involved is an actor.
It means that the elite are using the event to further their agenda. Sometimes they plan the event. Sometimes they allow it to happen.

This is all part of the plan to destabilize the free world and take away civil liberties, privacy and the right to a decent life.
The Las Vegas attack has eery similarities to previous false flag events on American soil – San Bernardino, Orlando, Boston, Charlottesville – as well as the Paris terror attacks of November 2015. The American false flags, as well as the Paris and Manchester false flags, are all dominoes that fell, as orchestrated by the New World Order, as part of a masterplan that aims to destroy the Western world as we know it.
Terrorists are walking freely into our countries and being allowed to perform barbaric acts that terrorize good, law-abiding citizens. Local citizens are being turned into useful idiots, performing equally barbaric acts to sow division in society. In some cases law enforcement and intelligence actually assist the terrorists. The New World Order marches on.
Sources are claiming the NFL is set to be the next target in a wave of domestic terror that is set to get worse. First young girls, then music fans, next football fans.
Crisis and catastrophe will be the order of the day, as the elites march us towards a police state and a New World Order. While the terrorists are allowed to roam free, and violent domestic citizens are used to further the elite agenda, we will be the ones imprisoned.
If all of the information pans out and links it all to the Deep State, then this will implicate not only Obama and Hillary to this mass shooting, but also the other Democrats who have spoken and praised ANTIFA for their militant and violent actions such as Maxine Waters and Loretta Lynch.
