Dennis Ross has ignored the Organized Crimes of the Hospitals and of Doctors. Recalled medical devices are as important to any age. And we must protect everyone regardless of their race , creed, religion, and economic  position. We must protect everyone against false acts like Baker Acting by eliminating the reward system. We must protect everyone in Guardianship by appointing a relative to overlook the professional Guardian and force Guardians to enroll in approved Guardianship programs with Federal continuous education as well as  Federal licensing, fingerprinting and a criminal background checks every 2 years. This should be a no brainer bill but the majority of your elected official have guardianship business and will object. This will develop a watchdog on all these issues and create new jobs.

Please note in the article above, 90% of the hospitals received the recall notice to return the units only 40% returned them. There is no serial number on the Temporary Epicardic Pacing machine or pacing wires they used on me. This machine they used on me could be a recall causing the wires to burn and not come out from burnt scar tissues. 

Also on the Operative Notes Dr Bridges stated he took out scar Adhesions  tissues. Scarred tissues are normal. I had Rheumatic fever when I was a baby. If my valves needed replacement then that should have been done, notREMOVING veins and doing a triple bypass.

Also the Pericardial sac is where they sewn in (not tacked), the wires not noting that on the chart that these wires are not going to be removed or giving me a card stating the wires are there like they gave a card to my late husband of these pacemaker wires. Here I was injured by the police officer who struck me to Baker Act me for no reason.

The tissue develops when the body's repair mechanisms respond to any tissue disturbance, such as surgery, infection, trauma, or radiation. Although adhesions can occur anywhere, the most common locations are within the stomach, the pelvis, and the heart.

• Heart adhesions: Scar tissue may form within the membranes that surround the heart (pericardial sac), thus restricting heart function. Infections, such as rheumatic fever, may lead to adhesions forming on heart valves and can lead to decreased heart efficiency.

These adhesions did not cause me any pain. In fact I had no pain, the only pain I had was when the Royal Palm Beach Police Officer, who was fired for this action, hit me in the chest without cause. I was crying due to the fact the Jewish Community Center of the Federation Grievance Counseling of Palm Beach County (Sue Stein) told me myINSURANCE (medical) did not cover them and wanted to know "how much I could pay them". When I asked how much does it cost, she then said "there are only old people in the group therapy I won't fit in but I can get private Counseling". I asked her again how much does it cost. Then she said to me "How much was your husbands death worth to you?" I was beyond shocked... I said while I began to cry that is the cruelest thing anyone has ever said to me and hung up. Ms Stein called back 3 times. I answered the first time. Ms  Stein said I have to talk to her. I said no you are cruel don't call me again. Ms Stein said to me I'll call as many times as I want. I decided to not to answer the phone and took the dog out for a walk. When I got home a police officer was standing outside my home telling me I was going to be "Baker Acted" for trying to kill myself and threatening the JCC. I said that the JCC person was crazy. I wanted help but all she wanted was to know how much money I had. If I took my dog for a walk to clear my head why would I want to commit suicide.  She demanded that I let her into my home. She then hit me in the chest dragged me in the house as I fell on the floor. She then grabbed my hair and dragged me like the Nazis did in Germany to my chair and said "You have these pain killers here next to a tequila bottle!" (I don't drink it was my sons bottle not mine) She then accused me of planning to commit suicide. My pills were not next to the bottle but on the other side of the sink in the corner with other scripted medications. such as Buspar for Anxiety from my husband's death 1 month to the day of this Baker Acting. I was just recovering and stopped taking all antidepressants so I could go on with my life and she hit me right in the chest where I had my open heart surgery and I heard my chest crack at the chest bone and it began to move with pain. At that point after she hit me and I began to turn  blue she screamed at me with "SHIT You didn't tell me you had a CABBG!" She then threatened to take my dog to the pound and have her either given away or put to sleep.

My son had called. He always called me on his way home from work. I told him what had happened and he spoke to the police officer who hit me. She told him if he came to the hospital and didn't repeat what I told him of her hitting me to the staff she wouldn't Baker Act me. But she lied because she wanted her $7,000. This police officer went into the lobby, used my name in the lobby and screamed she had Baker Acted me and she is the Baker Act queen. If anyone one dares give her problems she will Baker Act them, including my son.

I was taken in cuffs like a prisoner to the ER. It was screamed by the police officer and the ER staff that I was trying to commit suicide and wanted to kill a JCC person. I was told I needed another Cardiac Cath I refused. That was the only thing I was able to do Baker Acted was to take charge of my health. They wanted toREMOVE me from this hospital to go to another so that the State Psychiatrist could not find me. I refused. I saw the Psychiatrist 3 days after the Baker Act because the law says within 72 hours. My son fought with the hospital to get the State Psychiatrist in to see me. 

They moved me from one room to the next handcuffed. The only time they released the cuffs were when I had to go to the bathroom. This way, knowing a mistake was made, they could hide me. If I was not seen by a State Psychiatrist they had to release me but it would be on my hospital record I was not rescinded. It was important for me to be rescinded and my name cleared or this same police officer could keep on Baker Acting me until I moved out of Royal Palm Beach. I eventually did move after this Police Officer went door to door telling people I got away with Baker Acting and she didn't get her reward. My Internal Affairs Complaint was reviewed not only by the Sheriff Department but also by the FBI. The entire Royal Palm Police Department was dissolved. 

While Baker Acted, I refused the hospital food since I am kosher and refused to eat unless I had certified Kosher Foods wrapped and sealed by a kosher caterer. I made them call for a Rabbi. I lit Shabbat Candles Said my Yisker for my deceased Husband and they tried to deny me that also. My life changed with a rude awakening on Doctors the Police and the System. 

I found out for every person they Baker Act and are declared Mentally Challenged the police, the doctors and the hospital get $7,000 each as a reward including the JCC. I was found sane and everything was rescinded. Only the Hospital said they did not get the rescind order and I asked to see my chart. It was on the first page but they (nurses) could not see it. I was released. The hospital tried to take away my CD player, my laptop and my cell phone. I filed charges online with internal affairs. I made an appointment to see my Fl State Representative and with her we re wrote the laws and the Hospitals, Doctors and Police tried to block it since the $7,000 wasREMOVED. There is less false Baker Acting now in the State of Florida because of me and Former Florida State Representative Shelly Vann. 

However these same rules of the reward to doctors, police officers and hospital for institutionalising  people should be looked into Federally and explored as well as forced Guardianship in all 50 states. We need to take away the power from Doctors such and not returning recalled devices. Not telling a person they installed a recalled device and if it catches on fire like what happened to my husband is covered up. I was accused of setting my husband's chest on fire because it was smoking and this same officer who Baker Acted me said I caused his pacemaker to go off killing him. 

This was 3 years after my husbands death when on TV there was an ad for a recalled pacemaker and the numbers of he wires as well as the pacemaker. I wrote down the numbers looked through my husbands wallet and here were the numbers. No one called me or him when he was alive to come back and have them removed. This again was the mistake of the U of P... but no attorney would take this case because no doctor in Pa would come forth and testify against the U of P since it has so many political and Judicial connections in the already corruptLEGAL and political system in the United States. Pennsylvania is run by the legal and medical Organized Crime System: The Medical Mafia. Hospitals bury their mistakes and each doctor who refuses to speak up and whistle blow is just as guilty as the one who committed the Crime.

I have found that Byran Blanchard, CRNP, NOW works for Howard L Haber MD. In 2007, this same man worked for Charles R Bridges. These 3 were part of leaving the pacing wires in my chest not telling me the wires are there, endangering my life, and caused me not to have or obtain Medical care or treatment for my MS since Radiologists refuse to do a MRI on any patient who has wires in their chest.
