Dennis Ross has not improved the State of Florida, Instead of just building up just Lakeland Fl where he lives he should have concentrated on the entire District for Jobs , Even in Lakeland there are empty stores on the main street where Mom and Pop stores once existed,

Unemployment and the cause of Disability by the employer.like Disney, Universal and other Theme Parks have more EEOC reports against them and workers injuries and they refuse to heal the employee fully but forces them to return to work. They fire the employee and uses the we will fire you if you dont do this that we tell you to and you are not entitled to Unemployment, You are entitled to Unemployment if you work 6 months and longer and you are fired, When the injury is re-injured they call it a per existing condition and refuse to medically fix it,.... Legal? I think not.
