Open Letter to Go Rick Scott

Dear Gov Scott,

It seems Disney is not following your advice in allowing the workers in the Theme Parks to go home to their families to take them to shelters. They plan to close at 9pm but some Cast Members live in areas from 1/2 hour to 2 hours away, The Theme Parks are not first responders or place like a hospital or a shelter of special needs. It is entertainment only. If Disney wants to entertain people have them do it for free at the shelters and the hospitals

I called the Orlando Gov and I was told that is a private property and they have no justification or right to go on that property, But Orlando holds their Business License and they can remove it for 72 hours,  In other words Disney allegedly  has given this Mayor and all elected officials large donations.  The employees lives are endanger. As you said as the band come in so do the rains and tornado's. I am not sure if GEORGE ANTHONY KALOGRIDIS » Address: 5329 ISLEWORTH COUNTRY CLUB DR, WINDERMERE FL 34786  who  is the President of the Parks and Resorts cares to listen to you since he is a Democrat and this is a protest against you to show how much power he has over the Citizens of Florida and you don't. Everyone has a right to safety and Disney doesn't think so. The Tourist Industry comes first to them rather then the employees. This is why Disney has an extremely high injury record and had many deaths on their property because of the lack of caring.

I would have contacted my local official but when I visited them they told me they were once free guests of Disney and they get free tickets.

I pray you will do something about this and look into this as well as the alleged corruption in Orlando and put a bill or an order that no politicians or elected official take any money , free tickets, or free anything from these entertainment companies. They need you more then you need them.

Thank you

Loretta Miller
Candidate for US Congressional District 15
