This is Medical Jihad!

A Muslim Terrorist comes in many shapes and forms. Some even think these Muslims are helping the Infidel and practices the slow kill just like the famous Dr.Josef Mengele, who experiments on twin children in concentration camps,Eduard Wirths, selected inmates were subjected to various hazardous experiments that were designed to help German military personnel in combat situations, develop new weapons, aid in the recovery of military personnel who had been injured, and to advance the racial ideology backed by the Third Reich.  Aribert Heim conducted similar medical experiments at MauthausenCarl Værnet is known to have conducted experiments on homosexual prisoners in attempts to "cure" homosexuality. These and others stood trial at the Doctors' Trial, and revulsion at the abuses perpetrated led to the development of the Nuremberg Code of medical ethics.

Now in America thanks to Obama  and I am going to hashtage #Obama so he could see what he is doing are bringing in Muslim Terrorist Doctors like the Nazi Doctors and are experimenting on the American Citizens and collecting money from Obama Care, and other insurance agency's. Enjoying the benifits of American life while killing their patients with a cure all for cancer.

Since these people want Sharia I say use the Sharia here in America just on this case and inject him with the same amounts and the same doses all at once and let him suffer a death from his own hands. This doctor wants to practice Sharia  medicine and he has. Kill the Infidel. If any  Doctor  does  not have American European or Israeli name I will not go to the doctors, I ask questions ie Are you a Muslim. If he is I say well I am a Zionist and I am Pro Israel and leave after looking at the expression on the face. I will not pay nor let these Islamist touch me.

It is interesting that Obama is forcing Americans to go under the Obama Care restrictions which is a HMO and the changed PPO, Both require you to see the Insurance Companies Doctors. I refuse to use an insurance company after looking at their long list of Muslim Doctors who wash their hands in the sands. I do not trust any Muslim to be my doctors

'Death doctor' accused of misdiagnosing cancer patients to scam millions out of Medicare a 'serious risk' to flee the country

  • Dr. Farid Fata will remain behind bars until trial after $9m bond revoked
  • The oncologist 'systematically defrauded Medicare by submitting false claims for services that were medically unnecessary,' authorities say
  • Woman claims her mother died of kidney failure after too much chemo
  • He is facing 20 years in jail
A Michigan oncologist charged with intentionally misdiagnosing patients with cancer as part of a major Medicare fraud operation will remain in prison until trial, with court officials scared he will flee to the Middle East.
Dr Farid Fata - who is accused of ordering unnecessary treatments for his patients, such as chemotherapy, to enrich himself through insurance programs - made an application in the federal court to have his bond reduced from $9 million to $500,000 so he could leave prison, where he has been held since August 6.
However the move backfired for the 45-year-old, who works out of metropolitan Detroit, with a judge today removing Fata's bond completely, based on the 'serious risk' he would leave America for his native country, Lebanon, if given the chance.

The prosecution successfully claimed that not all of Fata's considerable assets had been seized since his arrest and that he could fund a trip overseas for himself and his wife.
'We can't be sure how much money he has out there,' prosecutor Catherine Dick said .
It is alleged Fata received about $35 million from Medicare via his insurance scam over a two year period.
"Obviously there is a presumption of innocence ... but the court feels there is a serious risk of flight,' U.S. District Judge, Paul Borman, said.
'The charges are serious.'
Defense attorney Christopher Andreoff, however, argued Fata should be confined to his home with an electronic monitor.
Andreoff said it's also difficult to prepare for trial when Fata is being held at a federal prison in Milan, 50 miles southwest of Detroit.
'I need my client to explain the significance of all the medical records,' Andreoff said.

Protestors
Demonstrators protest at the Detroit federal courthouse today against indicted cancer doctor Farid Fata, who has been jailed since August on multiple counts of Medicare fraud and affecting the lives of many patients and their families
The government alleges that Fata exposed numerous patients to powerful cancer-fighting drugs when they didn't have cancer, which he denies.
Outside court today about a dozen people protested his possible release.
Signs read,'Without fail Fata will jump bail' and 'No bond for death doctor'.
One woman, Michelle Mannarino held a sign with a picture of her late mother, Joan Donohue, 76, and the message, "I trusted him once with her life."
Mannarino said Fata insisted on months of chemotherapy even after her mother's breast cancer was in remission. Donohue died of kidney failure in 2010.
'I believe we'd still have her today,' Mannarino said.

History: Oncology nurse Angela Swantek says she complained to investigators about Fata in 2010

Angela Swantek, an oncology nurse who spent time at one of Fata's clinics, told ABC News that she first complained to investigators about Fata's alleged wrongdoings as far back as 2010.
'I don't know how he's gotten away with it for this long,' she told ABC News. 'I was disgusted. I got in the car, I was still sitting in the parking lot and I was truly almost in tears just because of what I saw and how patients were getting their chemotherapy.'
Fata's attorney, Christopher Andreoff, says the government is wrong and that his client is not guilty of anything.
'The government has not retained an expert to give an opinion that there was a mistreatment, or misdiagnosis, or unnecessary tests given to any patient,' he said.
A February 4 trial date has been set, but that could change after an update hearing in December.
If convicted, Fata faces up to 20 years in jail.

Dr. Fata isn’t the first, and he won’t be the last. Remember Dr. Hussein “Sam” Awada?

Hussein “Sam” Awada: Shi’ite Muslim Doc w Millions in Medicare Fraud Has Hezbollah Ties, Sent $$$ to Lebanon

If you don’t want your tax money going to Hezbollah, you should be happy that the feds finally caught Hussein “Sam” Awada, the the Shi’ite Muslim chief of Family Practice for St. John’s Hospital in suburban Detroit’s Macomb County–a position he obtained based solely on his ethnicity and religion. Dr. Awada, a drug dealer and Medicare defrauder to the tune of millions of dollars, was in federal court yesterday, where he was arraigned pursuant to a federal criminal complaint. And he sent many of the millions he scammed from you to Lebanon (stuffed inside furniture), where he has relatives who are Hezbollah terrorists. When he was questioned about his healthcare fraud crimes by a local reporter, Awada’s brother used it as an opportunity to attack America and America’s military, so typical of the “moderate,” “patriotic” Muslim community. Read the Federal Criminal Complaint, consisting of a 40-page affidavit by DEA Special Agent Edward Moore. And watch the video below of Dr. Awada and his family attacking America in response–the same America that gave him a great job despite the fact that his medical credentials are, um, less than stellar.

Drug Dealer & Medicare Defrauder Dr. Hussein “Sam” Awada Sent Millions Stuffed in Furniture to Lebanon, Comes From a Shi’ite Muslim Family of Hezbollah Terrorists (& Yes, He Has Girlieman “GuyBrows“)
Dr. Awada, a proud graduate of Ross University School of Medicine in the Commonwealth of Dominica in the Caribbean (when your doc went to med school in St. Kitts or Nevis, it’s a hint that he’s not among medicine’s best and brightest), is the perfect example of how affirmative action for Arab Muslims results in a culture of entitlements, scams, and flat out rip-offs of the American people. Yesterday, Awada was criminally charged in federal court for scamming millions of dollars in Medicare from the federal government for “services” he billed to dead patients. He also is a drug dealer, writing thousands of prescriptions in controlled substances to anyone who needed it . . . if the price was right. Dr. Awada sent piles and piles of cash stuffed in furniture to Lebanon. More on his Hezbo relatives later on. But note that Dr. Awada got away with this for so long because of his ethnicity and religion.
I’d heard for over a year about Dr. Awada’s Medicare fraud and other scams, but I didn’t have enough evidence to post it here without risking a lawsuit. And, by the way, if you know of someone who is ripping off the government, whether it’s Medicare or Medicaid fraud (Muslims and Arabs make up the lion’s share of those who get caught doing this) or something else, please e-mail me, because you could make a lot of money filing a sealed federal Qui Tam lawsuit under the False Claims Act, which forced the feds to investigate and gives the person who reports the fraud a percentage of the recovered money (I’ve filed such suits before and know how to do it).
Over the last three years, Awada billed at least $3 million to Medicare and that doesn’t even count the gazillions he made in drug dealing by writing illegal prescriptions. He was paid at least $50,000 a month in hundred-dollar bills for this by just one “runner” (a pusher who recruits fake patients). Incredibly, Dr. Awada, who is an obvious flight risk to Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon, is out on a $10,000 unsecured bond, and while he was required to surrender his U.S. passport, my sources say he still has a Lebanese passport that he can use to get out of America. He wouldn’t be the first Shi’ite Muslim with federal charges against him in Detroit to escape back to Lebanon (as Fawzi Mustapha Assi did by sneaking into Canada wearing a burqa) under the protection of the Hezbos.

awadamedicarefraud

Apparently, rip-offs run in the family. Awada is the brother of Turkia Awada Mullin, the woman I told you about months ago who scammed the people of Wayne County, Michigan (the home of Detroit) to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars and then got the short-lived position heading Detroit Metro Airport for which she wasn’t qualified. She is now under investigation by the FBI for public corruption and lives in a multi-million dollar home in swanky Birmingham, Michigan, where she daily works out at the Birmingham Powerhouse Gym.
There are also questions about the Awada brother and sis and how a deal was brokered for Dr. Awada’s medical building. Sources say that when she was a corrupt Wayne County official, Turkia Awada Mullin brokered the deal for several Wayne County government contractors to build her brother Dr. Awada’s new office building at below market rates in exchange for continued and increased county business.
And, as I mentioned, Awada’s family is well known not only to be supporters of Hezbollah, but he has relatives who are Hezbollah terrorists. The feds aren’t saying this publicly, but privately DEA and other federal law enforcement agents who worked on the case believe that’s where at least some of the money went. One of Awada’s cousins, Mohamed Sleiman Awada, a Hezbollah terrorist from Zifta in South Lebanon was killed in November 1984 trying to kill Israeli soldiers. He is revered as a martyr of the Islamic resistance by Hezbollah. Other Awada relatives who live different parts of Lebanon, including Khiam, Al-Bazourieh, Al Burj Al-Shimali, and so on, are also Hezbollah supporters and members and/or members of other related Islamic terrorist groups.
Below are photos of another relative, Alhajah Intisar Awada a/k/a Wafa’e Nasrallah, who is from Harakat Amal – the Shi’ite Amal Militia, which is now essentially Hezbollah. She was involved in many terror attacks against the Israeli Defense Forces and the South Lebanese Army. All of her attacks were under the code name “Alquabda Alhussainieh,” in reference to Imam Hussein. The code or logo was created by Mohamed Saad, who was killed for being a terrorist. Intisar Awada was captured once for 17 days by the South Lebanese Army General Security Services (SLA GSS) and was interrogated by Taleb Sablini, a Shi’ite member of the SLA GSS. But for some unknown reason, she was accidentally released. The boy in the photo is her son, who trained to become a terrorist and now is one.

Hussein “Sam” Awada wasn’t just a drug dealer and Medicare scammer, he took his “duty” as a Shi’ite Muslim very seriously . . . even trying to drum a Christian Lebanese Middle Eastern restaurant out of business. When Alexander’s Lebanese Cuisine–a Maronite Christian-owned restaurant with proprietors who were in the Lebanese Forces and support Israel–opened in the Detroit suburb of Warren, it was a success. (I recommend to all of my non-kosher friends in Detroit to patronize that establishment!) So, Dr. Awada opened a competing restaurant, Cafe Jole, down the street, to serve the same kind of food, undercut the prices, and try to put it “Alexander” out of business. Oh, and it was the perfect operation through which to launder some of his ill-gotten and illegal cash.
Another Awada sibling, a sister, is a plastic surgeon. Although most plastic surgery is cosmetic and not subject to scams, one wonders if she bills nose jobs to insurance companies–as several Arab Muslim plastic surgeons do for their fellow Arab Muslim patients–as “medically necessary” when they are not. There have been accusations that the multi-million dollar Birmingham home in her name was really a cover for Turkia Mullin and her ill-gotten cash.
Hussein “Sam” Awada–and his entire Shi’ite Muslim, Hezbollah-supporting family–got everywhere he is because of the ridiculous pro-Muslim, pro-Arab affirmative action we’ve put into place to repent for being victims of Islamic terrorism on 9/11 (and before and since) and briefly recognizing who the perpetrators were before apologizing and bending over endlessly.
It’s the reason he was elevated to a lofty position at a prominent hospital despite graduating from Club Med-ical School. It’s the reason his sister was allowed to scam for herself hundreds of thousands of dollars from Wayne County, Michigan and get a job running Metro Detroit’s airport despite no qualifications. It’s the reason Sam Awada was allowed to scam Medicare for years and openly operate as a drug dealer without anyone taking a look. That it took the DEA to stop his illegal activity speaks loudly. It tells me that the FBI and the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General, which normally would investigate and pursue such a case, declined. They’re politically correct agencies and probably didn’t want to go after a Shi’ite Muslim Lebanese doctor who supports Hezbollah. I’m glad the DEA made up for the other agencies’ self-inflicted plague of PC.
But, while Sam Awada may finally face justice, there are plenty more Sam Awadas–from the same background and community–who are getting away with it on American soil. And laughing all the way to the bank . . . or the stuffed Lebanon-destined furniture.

Detroit-Area Doctors Charged with Illegal Distribution of Prescription Drugs and Health Care Fraud

U.S. Attorney’s OfficeJune 21, 2013
  • Eastern District of Michigan(313) 226-9100
An indictment was unsealed today charging Dr. Hussein “Sam” Awada, 43, and Dr. Luis Collazo, 53, with the illegal distribution of prescription drugs and health care fraud, United States Attorney Barbara L. McQuade announced today.
McQuade was joined in the announcement by Special Agent in Charge Robert L. Corso, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Detroit Field Division; Special Agent in Charge Lamont Pugh, Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General; and Special Agent in Charge,Robert D. Foley, III, Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The 68-count superseding indictment charges that from December 2010 through 2012, Dr. Awada and Dr. Collazo distributed controlled substances, including the highly addictive drugs Oxycodone, Roxicodone, and Opana ER, outside the course of usual medical practice and for no legitimate purpose. Both defendants were also charged with billing Medicare and other health insurance programs for medically unnecessary testing and procedures.
The superseding indictment alleges that Dr. Awada used recruiters, including co- defendant James Lyons, 39, to bring patients to his Midwest Family Practice at two locations in Warren. After ordering unnecessary medical procedures, Dr. Awada gave controlled substance prescriptions to the recruiter in exchange for cash payments. The recruiter then sold the pills for profit on the illegal street market.
The superseding indictment also charges that Dr. Awada and Dr. Collazo committed health care fraud by billing for unnecessary office visits, submitting patients brought by recruiters to medically unnecessary testing and procedures (including X-rays, nuclear cardiac stress tests, electrocardiograms, blood work, and injections), and by causing Medicare and other insurance programs to pay for unnecessary controlled substances.
According to the superseding indictment, Dr. Collazo participated in the drug diversion and health care fraud scheme while he worked for Dr. Awada at the Midwest Family Practice on 12 Mile Road in Warren.
More than $600,000 in funds and three automobiles were seized during the course of the underlying investigation. The United States will pursue forfeiture of all proceeds and property traceable to the offenses charged.
U.S. Attorney McQuade said, “Health care fraud diverts taxpayer dollars from needy patients to greedy criminals. We hope that our enforcement efforts will deter other doctors from engaging in fraud.”
Robert L. Corso, DEA Special Agent in Charge said, “This indictment is another example of DEA’s determination to combat the troubling prescription drug abuse problem in this country. These two doctors abused their positions of trust and jeopardized the lives of many individuals by illegally distributing highly addictive opiate painkillers. The DEA and our partners in law enforcement will continue to investigate and bring to justice those individuals that are responsible for the illegal distribution of prescription medicines.”
“The improper distribution of controlled substances poses a significant threat not only to the financial health of the Medicare and Medicaid programs but to the well-being and safety of the patients that these programs serve,” said Lamont Pugh, III, Special Agent in Charge of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General-Chicago Region. “The OIG, along with our law enforcement partners, will aggressively investigate allegations of this nature in order to protect taxpayer dollars and ensure patient safety.”
Robert D. Foley, III, FBI Special Agent in Charge said, “These charges represent a serious abuse of the health care system. Those motivated by greed who unlawfully take from a system designed to care for patients will be tirelessly pursued by the FBI and prosecuted for their crimes.”
Dr. Collazo will be arraigned on the superseding indictment on Friday, June 21. Dr. Awada will be arraigned on Monday, June 24.
An indictment is only a charge and is not evidence of guilt. Each defendant is entitled to a fair trial in which it will be the government’s burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
The case was investigated by special agents of the DEA, HHS-OIG, and FBI. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Wayne Pratt, Sarah Resnick Cohen, and Gjon Juncaj and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Justin Bidwell.
