I was born here in the USA and I still have my Birth Certificate that shows my feet.

What do you have to be to be qualified as a Presidential Candidate?

You need to be Natural Born.

You need to be over 35 years of age .

There are no rules that states you need to be an Attorney however there are rules that you can not be an Attorney for any political office. The 13 Amendment was replaced with the 14th Amendment which was Declaration of Emancipation. The Original 13th Amendment is an Anti-Attorney Clause that was pushed aside because the Lawyers who were in Congress and the Senate don't want you to know they were sitting in seats illegally. They are so scared of you  finding out this hidden document that forbids attorney's to have any seats in the Congress and in the Senate, which also includes the Judges and the President.

The 13th Article of Amendment to the original Constitution of the United States of America:

“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”

So who is qualified? No one in Congress or Senate who are attorneys are qualified or eligible to run or even be in any elective office. The Common man who is not an Attorney is Qualified to be the President of the USA and Judge and Senator as well as Congress.

What qualifies me to be President?
1. I understand the suffering the American People are going through.
2. I am not an Attorney.
3. I have a brain and common sense.
4. The Constitution of the United States gives the Guidelines of Qualification not the Media .
5. No one has a right to even ask you what qualifies you.
6. I am over the age of 35.
7. I am a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN which means my parents were born in the United States.

Now Obama with all his fancy degrees was disbarred in New York City for not giving all his also known as names. Michelle Robinson Obama had charges brought on her by a client and she ran to the Bar to relinquish her Attorney's license. Because she did this she wasn't disbarred. But the charges still hang over her.

Both because they were members of the BAR and are NOT Qualified to hold any office!

Harry Truman wasn't qualified according to today's standards. He was just a Farmer and owned a Haberdashery but Harry Truman was the one of the Best Democratic Presidents this country every had. I admire President Truman and he is my model of a true leader. Just like President Truman I say "The buck stops here!" But I add 2016 America First! When I am in the oval office I will have the same plaque Truman had saying "The Buck Stops Here!" along with the addition of "America First!".
