An unmanned aircraft was shot down over the Golan Heights Tuesday afternoon, an IDF spokesperson reported.
The drone unit was shot down by Israeli forces after it penetrated Israeli airspace.
According to the IDF spokesperson, a Patriot missile downed the unmanned aircraft, which likely entered Israeli airspace from Syria.
No injuries or damage were reported.

“Soldiers from Israel Air Force’s air defense [command] fired a Patriot missile to shoot down an unmanned aircraft, apparently operated by the Hezbollah organization,” a statement released by the IDF read.
“The IDF will not permit an incursion or encroachment on the frontier in the Golan Heights by Iranian terror groups, Shi’ite militias and global jihad. We will forcefully respond to any action and we will act to prevent any such attempt."
Iincident in the north: The Israeli Air Force intercepted an unmanned aerial vehicle belonging to Hezbollah on Tuesday, which was deployed on a mission to gather intelligence from Damascus, Syria's capital, IDF Spokesman Major General Ronen Manlis confirmed.
Manlis added that the aircraft was manufactured in Iran, and that it was unclear what his type was. As a result of the shooting, all military movement was prohibited in the area where the aircraft was shot down, but no alert was issued, and no restrictive instructions were issued to residents and travelers. The intercept was carried out with a Patriot missile launched from the area of Safed. At the same time as the launch, Israeli Air Force planes leapt at the UAV, but did not fire.

"The IDF will not allow any infiltration or rapprochement of Iranian terrorist elements, Hizbullah, Shiite militias and global jihad into the border area on the Golan Heights," he said. "We will respond to every action clearly and we will work to prevent any such attempt."
Defense Minister Liberman referred to the incident during a visit to Arad. "We are not going to suffer any threats and no attempt to harm the security of the State of Israel," he said, "Anyone who tries to harm our sovereignty, to harm security, must know that he will pay a dear price.
"We have managed to deal with and reduce that drone, and that only says about the preparedness of the IDF and the defense establishment," he added, "The transition from routine to emergency at the pace we are living here is unprecedented. The IDF and today's preparedness, despite all the reports and all the talk, is the highest readiness that has ever been. And there is still something to improve and do, and we know how and what to do, and I'm sure that challenges are ahead of us and we will be able to cope with every task and challenge. "
The unusual incident took place less than two weeks after the attack attributed to Israel in Syria, during which a missile manufacturing facility was attacked in the Hamat area. Dennis Ross and Friends More against Israel
I am going back to my original article where I stated Dennis Ross and Duncan Hunter wanted to sell drones to Jordan. I stated there are many more REPUBLICANS who are against Israel and in order to save Israel we must look at each one and give them the pink slip. We need to know who this senior U.S. Administration Official is so we can expose and make sure this person is fired!

White House Clarifies Western Wall Position with JewishPress.com
A spokesperson for the White House told JewishPress.com late Monday night that comments by a Trump administration official earlier in the day about the status of the Western Wall in the Old City of Jerusalem were unauthorized.
According to a report broadcast Monday by Israel’s Channel 2 television news, Israeli organizers responsible for building the itinerary for U.S. President Donald Trump were rudely told by a “senior U.S. administration official” that the Western Wall is “not in your territory — it’s part of the West Bank.
But the clearly biased remark was not verified by a spokesperson for the White House, who told JewishPress.com, “That is not the position of this administration.”
The Western Wall, also known in Hebrew as the Kotel, is the retaining wall of the Second Holy Jewish Temple that stood in ancient Jerusalem. It is one of Judaism’s holiest sites, the other being the nearby Temple Mount, the site where both the First and Second Holy Temples once stood, and believed to be the location of the Temples’ Holy of Holies.
Muslims built the Dome of the Rock and the Al Aqsa Mosque in the Temple Mount compound centuries after the destruction of the Second Temple, upon their having captured Jerusalem.
President Trump will be in Israel for a two-day visit from May 22-23, during which time Israel will celebrate the reunification of her ancient eternal capital, Jerusalem.

Jordan Protesting Israel’s Infringing on Its Citizen’s Right to Stab Israelis
Jordanian Minister for Media Affairs Mohammed Momani on Saturday issued a statement accusing Israel of committing a “crime” by killing Mohammad Abdullah Salim Al-Kasji, 57, a Jordanian tourist who was shot dead by a police officer he was busy stabbing near Jerusalem’s Old City Gate.
Police reported that Al-Kasji was part of a tour group that entered Israel from Jordan five days ago. Apparently, he stayed behind when his fellow tourists returned home.
Two people coming from the direction of the Western Wall tried to help the policeman repel the stabber. “When the policeman noticed that the terrorist was still fighting him with the knife in his hand, and despite the same policeman’s injury, he managed to pull out his weapon, cock it and neutralize the attacker,” the police said.
Police detained the owner of a booth near the scene, for trying to prevent a bystander from helping the policeman who was under attack.
Minsiter Momani did not mention the stabbing in his statement, saying instead that his death was a crime, and that Israel is responsible, as the occupying power in Jerusalem.
The 37-year-old policeman was taken to Sharei Tzedek hospital and is listed as moderately wounded.

Israel’s Security Minister Gilad Erdan praised the police officer for his professionalism and bravery, for battling and overcoming the terrorist, and preventing a much worse terror attack from happening.
My Fellow Americans
I obtained your names from various Jewish Groups, Rabbis and Jewish Coalition PAC Lists. My name is Loretta Miller and I am running for US Congress Florida District 15 . I am writing to you to tell you of a serious matter that is happening in Congress. Just because someone tells you they stand for Israel or is a friend of Israel, they could be a “wolf in sheep's clothing” and after you vote for them, it could be too late. I found two Congressmen, both Christians who claim to be “for Israel”, since the Republican Parties platform is Pro Israel. We don't know realistically who the others are or how many there are, but there is a Bill that these two Congressmen are pushing through Congress, which will not only endanger US citizens but also Israel. US Congressmen Duncan Hunter, (R-CA) and Dennis Ross (R-FL) have relaunched Congressional pressure on the White House to sell deadly drones to Jordan. Hunter and Ross have been lobbying for this deal for almost two years now. Both want Jordan to obtain Reaper and Predator drones.
The ruling regime in Jordan cannot be trusted with sophisticated, deadly American military technology. What is most disturbing is at best that these Congressmen are ignorant of this danger, or worse, aware of it and still pushing for the deal.
The common rhetoric is that Jordan is a “safe” ally of the US. Nonetheless, facts speak louder than any narrative Mr. Hunter, Mr. Ross and their friends may choose to believe and thereby impose upon the rest of us.
To begin with Mr. Hunter and Mr. Ross justifies giving Jordan such deadly and advanced weapons system, because he insists that “Jordan is a key ally in the war on ISIS”. How valid is this claim?
Last year, Jordan’s regime operatives were caught stealing US weapons and selling them to rogue militants. One of those guns was illegally sold by them to a senior Jordanian counter-terrorism officer who used it to kill two American military trainers and two South Africans. What is alarming being that none of those officers involved have been named or arrested, and the king has never been questioned on the matter.
Further, 87,000 rounds of ammunition were stolen from the British army in Jordan right at Jordan’s military camps in the south and then mysteriously transported to the Syrian border and sold to, you guessed it, ISIS! Could such things happen in a country like Jordan without the full consent of the King of Jordan? And even if he is, at best, reckless, would Mr. Hunter and Mr. Ross like to give him drones if he cannot even control ammunition and sells them to ISIS?
The bad news doesn’t stop here. CNN itself, usually very sympathetic to the King of Jordan, has confirmed he was the second biggest buyer of ISIS oil, securing cash flow for ISIS which the terror organization uses to kill Muslims, Christians, and Yazidis. Other media reports confirmed extensive business dealing between Jordan’s regime and ISIS including 4,500 Toyota trucks sold to Jordan’s government that ended in ISIS hands. Dennis Ross has taken money from Toyota in campaign funds.
The problem is even deeper than this. Last November, a Jordanian airman executed three American servicemen in cold blood. The M16 he used, was paid for by US taxpayers so was the uniform he was wearing and his body armor. Those special forces officers were training Syrian rebels to fight ISIS. A video of the execution was shown to the families of the victims. In the video, the executioner is seen chasing the soldiers for six and half minutes, while they were waving their hands and shouting in Arabic and English: “We’re American’s, we’re friends!” The video is called on YouTube US trainers killed in Jordan shooting. What was more bizarre is Jordan’s regime’s reaction: They accused the victims of failing to follow the entry procedures and then went as far as defending the killer in an official statement, and shamelessly stating he had applied the rules of engagement. Massacre came less than a year after the previous incident noted above, and in both cases the killers were Jordanian officers directly engaged in the war in Terror. James Moriarty, the father of one of the soldiers killed makes the best argument Hunter and Ross must hear: “If Jordan is our friend, do we need any enemies?” That triple murder was not the first time a Jordanian airman killed the innocent. Captain Al-Majali of the Royal Jordanian Air Force joined ISIS in 2013 and died fighting for it in 2015. The list of Jordanian officers who have joined terror groups and killed Americans does not end here, there are others.
After all of this, could Congressmen Hunter and Ross give us any guarantees those drones won’t be used by Islamists with Jordan’s forces to kill Americans, Israelis, or Jordanians? In fact, why wouldn’t they as the King of Jordan has been protecting those killers and defending them as with the executioner who killed three American officers last November. Those drones, if given to Jordan’s regime, could be used to carry out terrorist attacks across Jordan’s borders to Israel, especially that they could fly low and are less detectable than an F16 or worse, cause strife between the US and Israel because the drones were built in the US. The drones are smaller in size and therefore somewhat harder to detect. In addition, terrorists could use the drones to attack Israel, US troops in Jordan, or even Jordanian civilian targets from the safety of their offices and then, perhaps, they could flee and join terror groups in Syria. As a recent Congressional study report confirms: Jordan is the second largest supplier of ISIS terrorists. Needless to say, no way this could have happened for too long with such a high number of fighters without Jordan’s king turning a blind eye. Or, at best, he is unable to control his own borders. And yet Mr. Hunter and Mr. Ross want to give him deadly drones
In fact, the Syrian Government has officially accused Jordan’s regime of facilitating terrorist’s entry into Syria. Mr. Hunter and Mr. Ross are being reckless and dangerously irresponsible, and their acts could result in engendering Israel’s borders, American troops, and the Jordanian people as well as the US.
It is so important that the Jewish Community as well as the Christian Community to vote these Congressional Leaders out of office and place those who will not only stand by Israel but also with the American people who are fighting to keep America safe. This is why I am running against Dennis Ross for US Congress as a Republican in District 15.
ONE Vote Against this Bill and put to rest could make the difference in protecting America as well as Israel our only true friend in the Middle East. I call on you to help me get into Office. I am calling on all my Chaverim to help save Israel from Anti Semites and Anti-Israel Congressmen like Dennis Ross and Duncan Hunter. It's bad enough we have fifty-seven Muslim Countries who want the Final Jewish Solution. “From the River to the Sea” is not a jingle for a resort town, it means “Massacre Israelis and Americans!”
