What is a viable candidate for President and who determines it?

Money makes you viable according to the Establishment. You need to be born into politics to be a President? 

The defination of viable  capable of working successfully; feasible

The qualification according to the constitution.....

According to the people today (the Press) in the USA George Washington would not be a viable person to run for President. He aint rich and he's not part of the Hill.

I am automaticly eliminated as a candidate because I am not only a woman but a Jewish woman. So why should I run  when I can sit back and point fingers just like the Facebook Nazi and KKK Warriors who did nothing but crap words from their flithy mouths.
